These jumbos seem like a nice idea but does anyone else feel a little uneasy about UpperDeck reprinting a set that is not even 10 years old? I think of some of the other reprinting of OA UD has been doing in recent sets and it makes me think of the precarious nature of manufactured scarcity. Not trying to be a wet blanket, but when collectors think they have something truly unique, this sort of thing can dilute that feeling.
Joe jusko said he is not getting paid by upper deck for this re- release. The silver spectrums will have no autos 😂. Sounds like a money grab for upper deck. Base cards will not be serial numbered like the original set so you can imagine they’re going to print as many as they can. I’ll be watching this release from the sidelines.

I would love to see the second colaboración between Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell. All new art and with gold signatures ❤🎉. That would be truly amazing.

My man auditioning for Top Gun!!! Thx for the update Justin. I feel you on the reprint gimmick. Not my fav. Feels like another money grab. I'll probably pick up a card here and there.
I agree that not for me. Maybe a few singles for my absolute favorites. These might be nice for hanging up or decorating

I missed out on 2016 one. Will try for it. Not sure on the bigger size. But then again I said I would never buy a big screen smart phone and here I am with a giant screen smart phone
I’ll send you a box of the page sizes you’ll need for those! If you can collect em like sny other and can put em in a binder, you might have a change of heart when the time comes, and something tells me, we will all be exited to dive in head first when it’s released 💯 I kind of like the idea of having an oversized print of the cards I like in that set.. I dunno, I’ll give it a chance

Hmm. The oversized part makes me recoil a bit on it. I’m with you, Spidey, and prefer traditional. Big fan of the normal sizes and thicknesses. Might get a box out of curiosity but more than likely I’ll just pass on this one.
