As per knowledge, There is a micro queue also on there which priority greater than event queue. this is for promises so it will execute before any settimeout code(event queue tasks).
dont worry, i will be explaining that in the promises video...

javascripts is both synchoronous and asynchoronous language its depend upon your code how it behave sync or async....
It’s like saying whether you are vegetarian or non vegetarian and you say both 😅
