Flight crew encounter various challenges during their work. These challenges include language barriers, serving passengers, and handling medical emergencies. Baggage limits can also pose a challenge during boarding. Flight attendants may face challenges with meal choices for passengers and in-flight service due to time constraints and ad hoc passenger requests. Working as a team and helping new crew members can also be challenging. Cabin crew face challenges with travel and jet lag, as well as with vegetarian meals and maintaining their circadian rhythm. In IndiGo, cabin crew may face challenges with multiple boarding and short sectors. Overall, flight attendants encounter a range of challenges throughout their work.

Ya if you given interview in indigo and vistara something like this so you have pay money thas will be your trening fees and after one and two years they would you you refund around 1.5 lakh
