@@MattAgustin five months later, I’ve been helping many more people than I’ve ever did in my life, and I have a lot more friends now! ✨
I also started to get more news and chances from other people, mostly from whom I helped, which is fun and life-changing.
However, when I put too much energy than my capacity into helping other people, I feel stressed and kind of “used.” haha😅
So the new challenge is for me to find a balance in my own mental health and helping other people out.
I feel like doing what I want to do as a top priority, and using remaining energy into helping others is the best balance for me so far.
