Viv, yes it a live video is up, how to bake simple vanilla cupcakes ,here are the recipe details for a small batch

Cupcake Recipe details
175g Flora margarine or stork(can be replaced with same quantity of butter
125g caster sugar+100g light brown sugar
75g self raising flour + 175 plain flour
5mls pure vanilla extract
60 mls butter milk
2 large egg broken at room temperature
Pinch of salt optional to taste
For this batch, I used 325 g margarine, 425 caster sugar ,2 tablespoons vanilla 275g eggs 110mls buttermilk and 450g flour(this is made up of 150g self raising flour +300 g of plain flour.
