What a trooper you are! I am so happy for you. As a mother of a son who is now 25 years old and a 20 year veteran teacher , my only advice is this: Say "no" more often at school and treasure every moment with your son and your husband. Before you know it, your baby boy will be a grown man and you will wonder how the years went by so fast. Make many wonderful memories because when you're at the stage of motherhood that I am, they become more precious and you will reflect on them often. Best wishes and God's richest blessings on you and your little family.

You are so funny! I feel like pregnancy isn't talked about enough. And a lot of people don't like to talk about the struggles of pregnancy. Once again I love your honest and refreshing approach!

This was the sweetest video! Congrats on your masters!!! Such an accomplishment especially while pregnant! I'll be a first year teacher this fall. My husband and I will be married 2 years tomorrow. I can't wait for all of this- it inspires me! You're such a strong woman!

I am very, very impressed with you! I knew you could do it, but you went above and beyond! You are super woman and I really admire your strength and determination. I hope the delivery is smooth and that he waits until the end of the school year to arrive!

Your story reminds me do much of my last pregnancy! I got a job offer before I got my teaching certificate, so I started teaching as a permanent Sub, I was still going to school at night, writing papers even more later at night and to make it harder I have two other children that needed my love and attention. I seriously don't know how I did , but trust me everything is going to get better, once you have the baby everything stops, the whole world stops and the only things that you care about and think about is your baby and the rest of your family. May God bless you and your family and enjoy every single minute of it, the good and the bad, everything is worth it wants he is here and you see his beautiful face. Again, God bless you and your beautiful family

I'm not a mama, but as a veteran teacher I know how important it is to take care of yourself. Sometimes I just have to step back and put things off so I can be the best me possible.
I'm excited that baby boy will be here soon! Sending you lots of good vibes for his arrival!

I don't know how you've been doing it. Smh. Everything you said sounded like the background story for how the first sabbatical was born. 😉 Meanwhile, the ending re: how your baby has been taking care of you = super sweet! Also, your bump is amazing! Best wishes.

Today I had an issue with a student. I am teaching in high school and I can't. I am in my 32 weeks and it has been so hard. Some students are so distespectful and rude.

I will be a first year 7th grade teacher next school year. Can you give some advice and pointers on setting routines and policies in place. (Entering the class, restroom breaks, phones, etc.) I know that classroom management is very important to set the tone for the rest of the year.
