    First, the diamond hammer and abrasive belt combination machine is specialized in deburring thick plates for flame cutting, plasma cutting and laser cutting, with a processing thickness of one to eighty millimeter.
    Second, a large amount of slag is generated when cutting the plate, and the slag is large and adheres to the plate. During processing, the first diamond hammer is used to remove the slag, and then the plate is polished with abrasive belts to achieve the effect of deburring and descaling.
    Third, the body part: the body of this model is welded with steel plates, the workbench is welded with manganese steel plates, and the large gantry milling machine is processed as a whole, with a precision error of plus or minus two wires.
    Fourth, System part: The system adopts Siemens PLC automatic lifting. After the plate thickness is input, the workbench automatically rises and falls.
    Fifth, the conveying part: the electromagnetic suction cup is used, and small workpieces can also be stably adsorbed on the workbench during processing. The high-damping high-temperature resistant conveyor belt is used to prevent the product from overheating and damaging the workbench during processing.
    Sixth, the diamond hammer part: the diamond hammer has two sets of positive and negative movements. Better remove the slag from the plate during processing.
    Finally, the abrasive belt part: The deburring mechanism of this equipment is a wide abrasive belt structure. The abrasive belt mechanism adopts an automatic deviation correction mechanism. Without manual intervention, it can easily polish, brush, deburr, etc. the surface of the workpiece.
