    Rent : $850 - $950 per month depending upon availability and choice of room .

    Kitchenette for preparing meals and snacks includes refrigerator, sink, cupboard, kitchen table and chairs.
    Private bedroom with bed, mattress (twin extra-long 38 in x 79.5 in), dresser, desk and chair.
    Free Wi-Fi and wired internet connection in each unit.

    nice I stayed in spruce for 2 years then moved out with my friends... it's a great place to reside especially as an international student. then once you make a great friend or two feel free to move out and live together or apply to stay together the next academic year

    Hello,
    I am an undergraduate student (straight from high school) starting from Jan 2023. Will I be able to get on campus hostel accommodation with kitchen facilities? Will be glad to know your suggestions.

      Seager wheeler, college quarter and Assiniboine all has kitchen. As far as getting admission in residence you have to confirm with residence staff if they have any available.

    Thanks for all of the advice! Does the room remain available throughout the year or they get occupied soon? As I was thinking that I'll reach the place and then book hostel

      They get booked quickly in seager wheeler, Assiniboine but CQ always have some options available but two room sharing a kitchen gets occupied faster than three, four rooms sharing a kitchen

    You should be more popular for sure! Also, are daily meals included in rent price. Like eveyday breakfast, lunch and dinner or only occasional meals?

      You get RCC card amount which you can use to buy food at usask culinary centre or anywhere on campus. No dedicated meal plan included. Rest you can check online on website if you want details regarding meal plan.

    Hey,
    A few days back I received my offer letter and now I want to apply for residence for fall 2022 but as mentioned on the website the deadline for filling the application form is January.
    So can you please clear my doubt on whether I Can still get residency in Seager Wheeler Hall for fall 2022 by filling the application form now ( in this month) or not?

      Apply as soon as possible and try to select .4 room number as it is a little big than other rooms, but do not take 904.4😉

      @@aradhnasharma9518 No, there are no Indian grocery shops or restaurants nearby at walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. You can have Indian tiffin service with home delivery.

      It's the closest residence to the university , on campus. It has unlimited meal plan. Features wise it's decent. I will try to make a vlog. In summer it's closed so cannot ryt now.

      In Graduate studies, if you are doing research/thesis then it is likely you would not be having the breaks like other students. More like full time job of going to lab and studying. However, if you do course based masters then you get breaks. Also you can finish early too. You can request your supervisor to grant you a couple of weeks holidays. E.g. My friend doing masters in CyberSecurity gets official 2 weeks holidays/ year and rest he gets approved from supervisor.

      I do not think that campus has a dedicated INDIAN meal plan.

      @@sakthim3383 irrespective of any diet. I would suggest you to learn cooking and then you will find the things that best fit you and your schedule. As far as ingredients are concerned, everything is available here. if you do not want to cook you can have tiffin service for yourself.
