    This man is a great Nigerian. He is not corrupt at all. If he is, then he should have been in oil business. Look at his investments , it is very visionary. Listening to him is an education. He has now decided to get into refinery because it makes sense. No body gets rich without help and luck. What ever help he got from government, he deserved. He invested his money in Africa not Swiss bank.

    Dangote is a hard working man and the Nigerian government gave him contract which is right.. Most African government gave such big contract to foreign companies, who hardly invest their money back into the country.. So Dangote is a good example of how things should be run in Africa if we African are mentally fit and not suffering anymore from inferiority complex..

      this man Dangote is a very well corrupt man. everybody sees him as a hardworking nigerian billionaire. why doesn't anyone ask why it is only him and how he made his billions . he is so rich a billionaire for the mere fact that he bribes all the nigerian corrupt government officials to allow him run the monopoly of business in nigerian importations and productions of goods.
      he should be ashamed to state that nigeria imports most of the things we use. look at the population of nigeria and tell me why we cannot be self productive and sufficient in our production of goods from our God given resources and raw materials?
      take a look at the youths , both graduates and non graduates who are unemployed in nigeria excluding those who left the country in search of greener pastures and tell me if this ROGUE is worth congratulated .
      today USA, CANADA and UK drain nigeria of her skilled workers , : doctors, nurses, engineers and people in other fields of work. most painfully, our educated graduates leave nigeria or better said ARE FORCED out of nigeria because there is no future for them there and they end up in the aforementioned countries doing ugly menia jobs. nigerian employment system is based on WHO YOU KNOW rather than WHAT YOU KNOW OR HAVE .our corrupted thieves who call themself politicians and rogue business men like this DANGOTE secumvient and embezzle public fund which should have been utilised for the good of the people.
      i would not be surprised that IBORI will come out of british prison tomorrow and run for presidency because he will be pardoned just like others were because starting from this moronic president to the local govt chairmen it is all corruption
      SO DANGOTE I SAY TO YOU: SHAME, SHAME, SHAME UNTO YOU . and may all your generation be accursed till the last one last one that you have saved this blood money in his /her name,

    0:20 Like mentioned in this video, Dangote is the richest African on this planet. He's from Nigeria. His net worth is 25.1 billion USD. How on earth can you become THIS rich in Africa, without severely exploiting your very "own people" who are already among the poorest workers in the world, and exhausting the natural resources of the continent - hereby making the land of our ancestors inhabitable. Recently he made headlines: he donated 150 million dollars to Ebola research, and named the research center after himself. It did not take long, however, before it became known that the 150 million dollars were Nigerian dollars. The equivalent of which is: 1 million USD. Barely worth mentioning, and most likely tax deducted, so in the end the very people he already exploits in order to make his capital, end up paying for his "donation" and the research center with his name. Very shameful.

      This guy is a business man... And smart business people all over the world are rich ... If he was an American, no body will ask this silly question. If u are an African, u should be happy that we can also do it or... you let others earn the money to finally take the money outside while Africa will remain world richest and the same time poorest.. If you are not from Africa, go ask the 1 - 22 world richest people how and why they made so much money...as anuohia like you only wanna look pon african people people... na ogu!

    • @afrochosenone

      That guy Brian must be an agent of devil, he is not black. I don't know why they always want to badmouth nigerians. They are jealous and hate us because we are not their typical africans that they can manipulate nor are we like those africans that worship and lick their ass. To those bastards any rich person in Nigeria is either a 419er or corrupt oil dealer.

    • @OneSummerSky
      @OneSummerSky Před 9 lety

      ***** Like I said, he only donated ONE MILLION US dollars (use a currency converter, for crying out loud). Even though his wealth is 25 BILLION USD. His 'gift' is most likely tax deducted, so he will pay even LESS in the end. And it is the Nigerian tax payers who end up paying for his 'gift' and the research center that carries his name - as the oh so generous philanthropist (vomit). People defending Dangote are so incredibly IGNORANT. Not only is the money he makes THEFT - by paying people substandard wages (meaning: EXPLOITATION as a result of which he makes a lot of profit) and destroying the environment in which people live - but when you criticize him for this, people call you 'jealous'! I cannot believe the EXTENT of ignorance here. You don't have to be smart to be rich. You have to be cold hearted, and borderline sociopath if you ask me, to be rich. At least in the way he and the like are making their money. Very few rich people have made their money in an honorable manner - meaning: without exploiting people and the environment (and I set the bar very low here!). This is why Africa will never rise - because Africans find it honorable to exploit their fellow man. They criticize the West for looking down on them - but at the end of the day: they look down on themselves and each other. Which is far worse - because you are talking about your OWN people. I mean: Africans don't hold the lives of their fellow man in high regard, so why should the rest of the world do?

    • @afrochosenone
      @afrochosenone Před 9 lety +4

      OneSummerSky You are totally wrong in your calculation please...hehehe 100 dollar is almost 15thousand naira so do the maths.thousand dollars will be 150thousand naira so what will 1.5million (ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NAIRA) be?It'll be 10.000dollars while 15million naira will be 1000,000 dollars so what will 150,000,000 naira be? TEN MILLION DOLLARS.
      Don't hate on a hard working nigerian. he is doing his best and he wont indebt himself just to play Mr rich good foolish guy. I don't know why people like you like to stain and look for flaws where there is none. Give dues where it is due and learn not to be enemy of progress.
      APPRECIATE GOOD THING!
