- Some North County leaders are raising concerns after a viral video taken over the weekend shows a boat with migrants barreling towards Carlsbad.
This is so bad,it looks like organized crimed ,landing on sea, being picked up so fast, this is insane, FJB

All you can do about those swabs is report them for abandoning a boat. That's the only law that gets enforced because abandoned boats pollute the environment. Of course, those swabs never would have been caught because they left. Countering them will lead to fighting, and then you get trouble from the cops.
