oh shut it, if you call yourself an American then you have to allow companies and organizations to set rules for their employees especially when it comes to safety. If a company "thinks" that mask are needed even if it's ridiculous then they have the right to make it a policy. I believe if you are outside and or not exposed to customers then they are optional if you don't like it move to somewhere that doesn't believe in public safety...
