Everything else is fine in physics except …

A scene from an Indian Hindi movie called “Border” (at one hour 30 minutes) aptly describes the present state of physics. In that, a soldier’s wife describes issues at home one by one and at the end of each says that "baaki sab teek hai", which means 'everything else is fine'. That makes it to believe that there is only one issue. Similarly, there are many anomalies in physics, yet the physics community sees only one issue at a time and says everything else is fine.
