I have something wrong with me, depression for over 10 years after a horrific incident. I need Islam and the Qur'an, desperately! But i never can get myself to do it. ﴿فَالمورِياتِ قَدحًا﴾ [العاديات: ٢]
And the producers of sparks [when] striking

﴿فَالمُغيراتِ صُبحًا﴾ [العاديات: ٣]
And the chargers at dawn,
- Saheeh International
﴿فَأَثَرنَ بِهِ نَقعًا﴾ [العاديات: ٤]
Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,
- Saheeh International
﴿فَوَسَطنَ بِهِ جَمعًا﴾ [العاديات: ٥]
Arriving thereby in the center collectively,
- Saheeh International
﴿إِنَّ الإِنسانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنودٌ﴾ [العاديات: ٦]
Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.
- Saheeh International
﴿وَإِنَّهُ عَلى ذلِكَ لَشَهيدٌ﴾ [العاديات: ٧]
And indeed, he is to that a witness.
- Saheeh International
﴿وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الخَيرِ لَشَديدٌ﴾ [العاديات: ٨]
And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.
- Saheeh International
﴿أَفَلا يَعلَمُ إِذا بُعثِرَ ما فِي القُبورِ﴾ [العاديات: ٩]
But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered
- Saheeh International
﴿وَحُصِّلَ ما فِي الصُّدورِ﴾ [العاديات: ١٠]
And that within the breasts is obtained,
- Saheeh International
﴿إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِم يَومَئِذٍ لَخَبيرٌ﴾ [العاديات: ١١]
Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Aware.

Wa Aleykum As Salam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu, do you have a Quran teacher near you? Maybe ask in the masjid if he can hear at your recitation.
The set yourself a goal. For example Day 1: learning 3 Verses, Day2: repeat the 3 Verses from day 1 and learn 3 new verses, Day3: repeat the Verses from day 2 and learn three others. And so on.
After that always read the suras by heart to a teacher oder someone who can check your recitations.
A good method to lern the Quran is the 6446 Method.
Red one verse 6 times then 4 times by heart then 4 times reading and 6 times by heart. So you can memorize it very well.
