Latest increase was 40%. The last two increases before that were 10% each year. Anyway ... with this 40% increase, all I see is more speeders everywhere, throwing trash out their car windows, and hotrodders peeling out on streets. Streetlights have been destroyed countless times with 3 and 4 car pileups on residential streets. It's so bad, I imagine that if the police started ticketing even a small fraction of these idiots, that revenue would help out!!
