Its literally only because they have evolved without their tails, obviously longer than Goku and Vegeta . They're also already strong in their base form so their SSJ is vastly more powerful than the time Goku and the others first obtained SSJ . The tingle in the back is just Cabba's way of explaining how he goes SSJ now without being angry, which is literally the way Goku and the others have been doing it without having to be angry
I always see people pissed off about the "tingling in your back" but I always took it as them connecting to their spine which would naturally be attached to their tails if they had them meaning they're tapping into the pure saiyan genes.

In all fairness to Universe 6, their Saiyans did evolve differently. Vados mentioned it when talking to Champa during the first tournament, and Goku and Vegeta both noticed that Cabba had no tail. There may be forms that Universe 6 Saiyans can take that Universe 7 Saiyans cannot that have never been seen in the DragonBall universe. And vice versa.

@@Lego_Trunks460 I was mad at it too the first time I saw it. I complained also, and someone pointed out the exact thing I posted here. I went back and rewatched the first tournament and caught it where Vados talked early on about their Saiyans evolving differently when they all met up for the tournament, no tails and being warriors for good, and it took a huge chunk of the sting out of it. Still miffed a little, but I could understand it. Having no tail means no Oozaru form or SSJ4 for Universe 6, but, maybe they can get their own forms. Cabba recognized that Vegeta and Goku had undergone a transformation, which means that transformations for different forms is something he knew could be done in his Universe, but that he thought that his Universe's Saiyans did not have that ability.
I hated how Goku can transform into Super Saiyan God and yet Caulifa, that just learned how to go SS, and Kale can go toe to toe with him when they combined.
Out here waiting every day for Don to drop that Super. Good stuff man keep it coming!

He has healing abilities he can split himself in many pieces allowing each piece to heal and restore stamina for all the fighters and lets not even start with absorption and his magic, for that reason it makes sense for him not to be a part in the tournament
