YG said on the Babymonster updates last May that their gonna release an album by Oct/Nov with one of the songs will be on July1 which is Forever, they are on schedule at the moment

You need to remember that Baby Monster girls are trained for a live stage performance with raw vocals in a full stadium. Even the current fan meets in Jakarta, Taiwan, Singapore, Bangkok, Japan are mini live stage concerts in preparation for a full stadium. Their songs are designed to hype up a full stadium of 50,000 plus people.

This song & video are gorgeousâŠitâs a bop, itâs a banger, itâs groovy, itâs a vibe, itâs hard, itâs old school, itâs stunning, itâs nostalgic, itâs fresh, itâs glamorous, itâs creative, itâs swag, itâs classy, itâs retro, itâs incredible! YG wanted Pharita to spread her wingsđŠ in the pre-debut videos, as well as continue working on her power âĄïž ⊠she delivered and then some! But they all 7 truly did! From Ruka goofing an eyebrow lifting âwhisperâ in Ahyeonâs ear , all the raps (with that Canny dance!), the vocals, harmonizations, it is incredible! The start = the endâŠitâs a loopâŠforever! Ruka is the flow switch up Queen. She usually opens up the raps in Baby Monster and delivers the bang. Only in Stuck in the middle, Asa opens the rap.
Even so, I still want to learn the members name very well so I don't have to do things like assume "hey that must be x member cause usually it's x member who does y part of the song"

ACEsa fr like its probably not even that hard for her to do that whereas it makes everyone elses jaw drop. She sneaks up on ppl big time and already is one of the main bias wreckers of 5th gen (not even mentioning talent level). Ruka is just truly made of YG DNA (and as she said in Last Evaluation, âmonster without me is just babyâ), but Iâd love to see more of her vocal like even her part in the beginning was so good. I also love the versatility especially in a time when so many groups are so concept based, whereas BM is like, well were called the monsters for a reason, we can do everything so why shouldnt we?

In answer to your question, and you might want to write this down, this is a pre-release digital single from their upcoming album which is supposed to drop in either Sep or Oct.

Yes!!!! Ruka, then Asa. Good job Amari! Did you notice Chiquita speed-dancing alongside Asa at the beginning of Asa's rap?

The clapping chorus will be awesome at a live performance! I can hear them dropping the music and the fans chanting and clapping for a minute of more.

As far as Chiquita dancing I absolutely saw it but I mixed up which member that was dancing for a second so not 100% with the members yet but I'm trying lol. I really liked that section though, overall the 2nd verse was my favorite part of the song/video.
There are two high notes belting sang by Pharita and Ahyeon, hyped by the synthesizer percussion and later got into the 80's pop dance part.
And there is one falsetto or whistle super high notes sang by Ahyeon at the begining of the dance party outro.

Hey, I don't know if anyone mentioned it to you that Pharita is pronounced Parita. The PH in the Thai language is pronounced with the emphasis on the P sound and is separated more lie the P then H + vowel. But it is said so quickly together that it ends up sounding like the P + vowel. For example, Phuket is pronounced Pâąhuâąket and not Fuhâąket.
You are correct with Ruka and Asa. Asa is known for her skills in doing fast/clear rapping and tongue twisters. And she sometimes does it in one breath. I think that they wanted to show it for people that didn't watch the introduction videos or LAST EVALUATION.
Suprise!!! key change at the ending with the chorus being repeated. So now what do the haters have to say about BABYMONSTER? That they are copying BLACKPINK's concept that plays off their name? This was definitely more cutesy which would be their BABY-side. SHEESH and BATTER UP would be more like their MONSTER-side. I hope that this song shuts down the haters of YG in saying that they should have a new concept for BABYMONSTER than what they have done in the past with 2NE1 and BLACKPINK.
Ooh thanks for the pronunciation type, I'll try to keep that in mind! As far as the song goes yeah, this song definitely didn't feel like a BP song which is good, they're different groups & should be allowed to making things that fit their respective groups not just pigeonholed into 1 sound
