Spencer Rattler is a definite upgrade from Jamies Winston. If the offensive line cannot protect Carr, Rattler will get a lot of playing time, because Carr is a sack away from concussion or worse.
While I don’t agree because Winston was a sold leader on the team even if he was 2nd I felt he should have gotten a shot to start before Derek Carr

I don’t think penning will be a starter. He was horrible and shouldn’t have been in the first round. Nobody had him as a first round pick. I believe most had him at a 3rd or 4th round pick. Seeing him play he should have been an undrafted free agent. Honestly I don’t see why he’s still in the NFL
