    Chapter 2 | The Concept And Architecture
    ===================================
    The architecture is Inspired by the ancient Buddhist monastic architecture in Sri Lanka.
    At the reception you'll see a "Vahalkada" - which is kind of a frontispiece. On a side you'll see a sitting area.
    The various buildings are placed in relation to each other, though on different levels. The elements follow a certain structure, placement and a sequence which is auspicious. There are specifications for nearly everything.
    Among the symbols are:
    - Gods and the Guards
    - Punkalasa - "the pot of plenty”, which is a symbol of prosperity
    - Ponds with water lilies - The Water Lily Is an Important Spiritual Symbol
    - Elephant statues - symbolizing good luck, power, wisdom and fertility.
    - Statues of mythical creatures
    - Sandakadapahana - Moonstone
    - Motifs and carvings on Doors
    - Ambalama - Ambalam is a way side shelter that travelers can relax
    All this will take you to the glorious past and to a spiritual world!

    Chapter 3 | Our Experience
    =======================
    You are welcome at Vahalkada, where you can see the welcoming guards, a sitting area and ponds of water lily.
    You'll enter through the main doorway. Notice the Makara Thorana - a dragon arch right above your head.
    As you enter you'll feel that you have entered a ruined city, or an Aramaya - a monastery. This is exactly what everything around you is trying to tell you.

    Chapter 4 | A Message From The Creator / Owner
    =========================================
    This palace is designed and built according to ancient monastic architecture. Travellers who visit here can experience that serenity. And the main purpose is to let them connect with nature
    As a creator I wanted to care for and respect nature more than we used to do in ancient times. This palace extends over about 50 acres. The forest is not harmed. My creation blends well with the forest. There is a network of corridors about 4kms in length. You'll also see ponds here and there. You'll also see a lot of buildings that are related to the ancient Buddhist monastic architecture.
    This place has created a space where you can live with nature in harmony.
