Moment i saw ur vid on my rec, i had to see ur build on frost and by GOD you deliver. Quick qu, why do u use coil horizon and would u put coil horizon over breach surge (i currently use breach surge as it gives me 20M dmg as the dmg on breach surge stacks with bitin frost)
I find more damage to be unnecessary, so instead I prefer utility, coil horizon has a fast casting animation, it is cheap and it also pulls enemies that are frozen all tho it is better to freeze the enemies after they have been pulled.
