I don’t know if he’s guilty of murder but he’s definitely guilty of being a terrible friend.
I’m guessing he assumed his friends got an Uber bc of the icy roads and being drunk, but ignoring their family texts is seriously messed up bad bad friend super shitty
Minimising his lack of action is telling. Why does he respond to Police but no one else trying to reach him at his home?
Drugged? Or did they take fentanyl and just took too much? The whole thing is weird. So he didn’t notice their cars in front of his house??? He knows what happened. He also was reading the text messages from their phones for 2 days as their friends and family were texting them asking where they were. BS
Didn’t hear a window smash but managed to open the door when police knocked.
Definitely Fentanyl they was doing coke most likely and didn't know it had fentanyl mixed in.
No where in this report was it stated that he "was reading the text messages from their phones." Are you that emotionally charged that you must resort to making things up?!!! If I ever want to start a conspiracy, I will seek you out, and share with you first...
Unbelievable. 3 grown men wouldn't just sit in a backyard and freeze to death.
Hard to believe. See what was in their systems. Even so you let friends leave plastered. Nope. Strange.
They went outside to smoke something & that something was fent laced.
Something is way off. Cellphones keys to the cars. Why not go to a neighbors house for help. Definitely foul play from the homeowner
Yeah, makes no sense. Why they went to the backyard if their cars were in the front? If they were stuck, why they didn't just break windows, knock on the door or break it down, or scale the fence if they got locked in?
The issue is once you go outside and see all your friends cars there and people are trying to contact you about where your friends are, that's sort of it guilty as fuck
I agree something is strange here, but those three men are not little children. I'm trying to understand how they couldn't do anything to help themselves. 911, go around to the front of the house, go to a neighbor's house, get in their own cars, etc. They didn't even get out of the backyard. And it's wooden fencing. How could three large grown men be trapped by slat wood fencing. They had to be impaired beyond belief when they went out there.
It was in the '40s Sunday Monday.. It was not even below 32 until Tuesday evening ..when they were found... And then the coldest was 27... Police, detectives, had better get this right

Dang it’s a good thing we all don’t have a friend like this guy.😢
It seems lke he didn't do anything wrong at this point- what did he do wrong?
Three grown men get drunk and the homeowner is supposed to babysit them once they leave his home?
If the homeowner never used his backdoor to the backyard, why were his 3 friends in his backyard to begin with? And, they all 3 died at the same time? If they were locked out or something, why didn't they exit the backyard thru the gate (which all backyards have) and go around to the front door or their cars? Why would they all 3 just decide to stay in the backyard and die, unless they "suddenly" could no longer "respond" to what was happening to them. So far none of this makes any logical sense at all.
Toxicology report and autopsy will reveal something as to the cause of death. Alcohol played a role for sure but all three die together not far from home points to substance poisoning or acute hypothermia set in rapidly if they went not dressed properly.
I just feel like the backdoor comment is malarkey. If he didn’t normally use his back door, why would his friends? This is all too much. The man is at least temporarily insane to even think that anyone would believe his idiotic story. Ashley makes the best point to me. He was ignoring the text messages…never contacted his friends to move their cars…and finally his friends broke in through a window and seemed very nonchalant about it. Creepy behavior.
You could maybe say 1 of 3 had that tragically happen- but not all 3 at once. These guys live there and know cold weather. They were outdoorsy. Healthy mid 30’s fit guys, not one of their friends or family said any of them had substance abuse problems. Or would even do any drugs.
Jordan knows what’s up. And he wasn’t even nervous or scared answering the door to police? Casually answering with an empty wine glass and in his underwear? Saying- my friends froze? Thats all he said?

Nah, that title goes to the girl who kept hearing crying, saw a man she didn't know, and heard commotion in her house while her 4 roommates were getting stabbed to death. And she went back to sleep. Yet somehow, the killer didn't attack her.
But according to the lawyer, he was home sporadically during those two days, which means he left his home out of the front door, or the garage. Didn’t he see his friend’s car/cars? Even with the driveway being at the side of the home, you would notice cars in your driveway as you left the house.
There is more to this than meets the eye. The toxicology report will unravel the mystery. I'm guessing the three gentlemen took something lethal. All three passing out together at the same time and freezing to death is impossible.
Not necessarily if they were drunk and not dressed properly hypothermia could come quickly and incapacitate.
if it was foul play I say it goes undetected for the simple fact this "friend" is a scientist with a PhD has done work on viruses, vaccinations etc. It would be easy for him to poison them with something extremely hard or rare therefore a reg. tox won't show it but that's just a what if scenario

Yes, it will. I’m guessing they over celebrated the Chiefs win and did something once they got outside and it incapacitated them that they couldn’t gain the attention of the homeowner who was probably hungover.
A lot of times people have guests over, get tired and go on to bed and tell the guests to be sure to lock up when they leave if they are still socializing. If he went to bed and went to sleep and they decided to go out back to continue visiting it is possible he would not have known they were still there. The friend is either a diabolical sociopath who murdered his friends, or he’s the kind of “highly educated” dude who completely shut down after realizing something was very wrong, and isolated until someone else came along to deal with it. While this would be a strange and extreme case of that kind of avoidance behavior, it’s not completely impossible.
I question them just freezing to death at the same time, but they could have done what they thought was a bit of coke or something and succumbed to fentanyl poisoning.

Supposedly there were receipts that showed he read the texts that people were sending. Doesn't mean anything right now but may later.
OMG! This is exactly how my brain was putting this together right before I saw your comment!!!
We always look for someone to blame when sometimes there is no one to blame. Three guys were EXTREMELY intoxicated, so far gone that they pass out in the snow where they die in below freezing temps. The homeowner I assume was also extremely intoxicated but passed out in a warm home and lived. It is sad but truth is truth and the truth sometimes stings. These men are responsible for their own demise and paid the ultimate price for a stupid lapse in judgment that they wouldn't have had if not for the legalized drug sold everyday around the world.
Amazing, I'm glad you have it all figured out for us . Thanks for being so smart.
All three wouldn’t be equally intoxicated to blackout drunk at the exact same time. More likely sniffed smoked, injected or took pills that had fentanyl in it. Combined with alcohol. Maybe they died inside and he put them outside due to his shady behavior.
Wouldn't there be heavy footprints or compacted snow if he drug dead weight outside by himself? Or, did it snow and cover the bodies? Or melt and expose the bodies? Not a whole lot here, just speculation.

Death from hypothermia can occur anywhere from 30 to 50 degrees. Having alcohol in your system definitely doesn't help either.
If the lawyer makes that argument to a jury, he’ll get a life sentence.
How convenient for the homeowner. His attorney said he was not there the entire time and he does not know which door his guest left through. If he was not there the entire time, how did he not observe the extra cars in his driveway as Ashley Banfield mentioned. Also, why would the homeowner not know which door his guests are leaving through. Most people have one designated entry and exit for their guests.
"Why, yes. My client was indeed at the scene, covered in blood over the bodies and holding the knife. But that doesn't mean he had any knowledge of what had occurred."
Just wait for that toxicology report

Something else must have happened. They would have broken a window, kicked in a door or something, maybe he drugged them or they passed out drunk, but it's hard to believe all three passed out drunk at once.
Another thought…. If someone broke a window and entered, would that person not make it worth the effort by going through all the rooms inside to locate him? Would she not notice if maybe a door was closed and locked to a bedroom? Why not bust the door down while you’re at it? Just curious as to how she didn’t find him hiding or avoiding while she was in the house? I have questions!

My dogs and cats had a doggy door, my yard was nothing but a large fenced in yard, and there isn’t anything to do back there with snow. Here is what probably happened: The homeowner was "asleep" or passed out; there is another person besides the 3 that died, that person left the premises with the 3 dead in the backyard, with no signs of foul play (physically), they were probably poisioned, with something in their drink; they did not just fall flat on their face, so it looks as though either the "5th" guy or the homeowner slipped something in their alcoholic beverage causing cardiac arrest ( no signs of physical harm). The news did state that a person "had it out" for the 3 guys, which explains 3 dead at the same time!!!
I don't understand why he didn't ask the lawyer about the cars. The question everyone wants to know.
Hard to imagine the homeowner had no idea some friends were in his backyard, but it's not inconceivable. I believe the toxicology report will be revealing.
This lawyer is a bad liar.
Last night here on the Oregon coast a 30 years old male got black out drunk and passed away locked in his pickup truck in 32 degree weather……
If you didn’t look at your backyard how would you know that? “Maybe if you look in the front of the house and still saw their cars.” Ashley B is too much to stomach sometimes. -30 what a funny 😑
I can't wait to hear The toxicology results because this is very strange
Hey, it happens. Once I was watching the Chargers in the Stupid Bowl with friends and I don't remember shit past the 1st Qrtr, but was later told I was a HUGE asshole.
That's a black out. You need help if you're to that point in your drinking.
@@MBKindell You don't know unless you're his personal doctor. Liver damage is a silent killer. He could have only 10% functioning liver and not notice until he keels over!....Sheeesh, 🤡
So this man never looks/sees out either the front or the back of his house? Per lawyer...After they left his home???? They never left! Per lawyer he left sporadically. How did he not see their cars out front? And yet he claims they left??? He moves out and lawyers up. I hear excuses but no explanations.
Well I look in my backyard every single day. It’s kinda hard not too. It’s been 14 degrees in Alabama and I still been opening my blinds every day.
So if he has a job, didn’t he leave to go to that job every day? So he would of seen the cars?
Two of their cars were still there, so.....??
A healthy fit woman died here in boston last year on the walk from a bar to her apartment due to the cold. It was a 15 min walk. This could be explained by alcohol alone. However the homeowners behavior (not answering texts about missing friends, not caring about their cars being there) is still very weird.
Especially allegedly for at least two days?
15 minutes man, Come on!
With 3 guys you are going to get 3 different time lines of the cold setting in. And to be outside a house of the friend with heat. That doesn't pan out. People don't freeze to death 20 ft from a warm house. Speaking from experience at first you don't feel the cold but the longer you are cold it begins to set in. At some point alarm bells would kick in.
@@writerconsideredif you pass out drunk you do.
unless homeowner was sleeping off his own drunk eithin a warm place
