Yay, so glad for a new Sarah video! Definitely keep listening to lots of music, it has numerous therapeutic and healing benefits. In fact, music therapy is a field in healthcare. 🎶 The Coltons readathon sounds really fun, and wow, they’ve been around much longer than I realized! Those older covers are fantastic. The main thing is take care of yourself and doing things that make you happy. Just as a reminder as I am sure you know some of the cardiac medications can make you feel extremely tired. So hopefully some of your tiredness is from the medication (s) you make be taking.
We all need breaks from our routines occasionally. Glad to see you today! Music has such a positive effect on us!

Okay, so I didn't think I would try to fit this in, however I was reminded about it by Olly in a recent video and just today, we got in a Colton book at the bookstore where I work and when I looked at it I saw that it was a Colton's of Oklahoma book. I didn't know there was an Oklahoma series so I had to get it. I won't try to get the whole series. In fact I thought I would do something out of the ordinary for me. I am going to read it without even looking it up to see what number it is. I want to see what I think without any preconceived notions. 😅I know it's not full participation, but it's a nod in your direction. 😊

Okay, i feel silly, but i need to ask because I'm among friends...are the Coltons a family? A title? One guy? I see Colton stuff and have never read them. Edit: i watched the video you linked and man, their family must be HUGE. Imagine being like "i think im going to be a musician in a skaa band" and your family is like, "No, all 100,000 of us are bodyguards and cops!"
