All across the sky I see reflections of your eyes shining down.
Everywhere I turn, I feel traces of you burning all around.
Winter's drawing near, and I've gone another year without your smile.
The girls are women now, and I know they'll be moving out in a little while.

I hope they'll find a happy home.

The wolves go running 'long, and they sing a lonesome song when day is done.
The fields are turning gold, and the winds are bitter cold upon my cheek.
The birds are leaving too. In little Vs they cut the blue. They've more to seek.
