Thanks for making this video. I've really struggled with this race using the other Kei cars, and I never thought to try the Jimny. Your setup was spot on.
Doesn't matter, which car, which built etc etc. Anything close to 400pp with comfort soft will do the job. Key to have full customize suspension and set up for off camber in the 3rd sector. And put a front splitter and rear wing. Yes you loose big on the straights, but gain 3 seconds in the off camber corners!

Thanks a lot, I didn't think I could win this race using my father's car, but I managed to do it. I don't understand why - with your exact set-up - I have around 404PP, but anyway I just reduced a little the power to stay under 400. The big issue was the fuel management. I ran out of fuel in the last lap and I had to pit desperately… so I suggest everyone to gain a little advantage and then in the last 2 or 3 laps reduce the fuel consumption to 5 or 6 .
Sweeeeet! Yeah, it's an interesting car to use for this race.. and kinda funny to see in the replay. As for the performance points, it could be the wheel offset. I noticed that for my setup, having no offset set gave me just under 405 performance points.
Not that I know of... Are your wheels stock, with wide offset? Usually, custom wheels with wide offset and non-standard size increase the performance points by 4-6 points
@@MistahMCA I ended up just slightly cutting engine power a bit more to make the restriction and got gold! Your videos are a blessing, the human comedy is the last thing in the game I have to complete besides collecting all cars and I’ve been stuck on all of them for months.
