I've noticed that everytime i watch the chinese crepes they use the sticky rice flour mix which goes crispy...then i watch the korean or japanese crepes i think they use the normal flour mix which stays moist. That's just my thoughts...hehe.
How do they afford to have Zhang Ziyi make crepes? Some much-deserved recognition for the cute girl working in the back trying to keep her cuteness lowkey, I see you.

臺灣的潤餅才會調這麼稠的麵糊，用甩麵團到煎台的方式製作餅皮。但是影片中烙製餅皮卻用可麗餅的工具，不知道哪個地方的作法？

这种面很稠用刮板刮的煎饼是山东煎饼，没有天津煎饼好吃，山东煎饼现在还学天津煎饼打鸡蛋，但还是不好吃，噎人。
器材還很新 是剛開的吧 雖然有手套 但口罩和頭髮都沒顧好 而且食材的擺放動線ㄧ開始就沒想好吧 整個亂糟糟的
面糊像浆糊，头髮甩来甩去，要戴帽子，不然头髮会掉在食物上，包一堆杂七杂八的不知道什么料，像大包子，不像煎餅，1 至 10 分，这个只有 1 分！
