There is a lot of difference between a normal Chinese crepes street food in any Chinese city or province in China and this Chinese crepes street food in London In any Chinese street food in China, they are so fast and the product is so good that in 5 minutes they make 8 crepes these street food outside china are slow and nothing resemble the original ones
I've noticed that everytime i watch the chinese crepes they use the sticky rice flour mix which goes crispy...then i watch the korean or japanese crepes i think they use the normal flour mix which stays moist. That's just my thoughts...hehe.
How do they afford to have Zhang Ziyi make crepes? Some much-deserved recognition for the cute girl working in the back trying to keep her cuteness lowkey, I see you.

臺灣的潤餅才會調這麼稠的麵糊,用甩麵團到煎台的方式製作餅皮。但是影片中烙製餅皮卻用可麗餅的工具,不知道哪個地方的作法?

这种面很稠用刮板刮的煎饼是山东煎饼,没有天津煎饼好吃,山东煎饼现在还学天津煎饼打鸡蛋,但还是不好吃,噎人。
器材還很新 是剛開的吧 雖然有手套 但口罩和頭髮都沒顧好 而且食材的擺放動線ㄧ開始就沒想好吧 整個亂糟糟的
面糊像浆糊,头髮甩来甩去,要戴帽子,不然头髮会掉在食物上,包一堆杂七杂八的不知道什么料,像大包子,不像煎餅,1 至 10 分,这个只有 1 分!
