I agree with this. Lots of artists write songs about their ex’s & don’t feel the need to say their name every 5minutes, even when fans usually know who they’re singing about. To me & im just talking about my own opinion here, him thinking that being so open to, let’s face it strangers, will endear him to his fans. And he does seem to make a lot of decisions based on fan reaction. but to me, who is a fan I feel like he’s trying to manipulate us & it makes me feel like he’s using her to get more streams or whatever & it cheapens the relationship they had. He’s coming across as a bit of a user. I am so so so proud of him. It seems like he and Camila needed to break up for a reason. I do think Shawn and Camila are soulmates, it just seems like they complete each other so beautifully-but it’s important to be complete on your own first, so when two people come together they create this unique masterpiece that they couldn’t create alone. god i love this man so much. at one point he was my whole world, the comfort of him made everything better. but then i grew up, i got busy with my life, with my future. i still am so so busy but every once in a while i will see a video or a picture on my fyp or feed and my heart combusts with the nostalgia and pride. over the past couple of weeks ive really been reconnecting with shawn and realising he will alway be so special to me.

To me & im just talking about my own opinion here, him thinking that being so open to, let’s face it strangers, will endear him to his fans. And he does seem to make a lot of decisions based on fan reaction. but to me, who is a fan I feel like he’s trying to manipulate us & it makes me feel like he’s using her to get more streams or whatever & it cheapens the relationship they had. He’s coming across as a bit of a user. I’m also not denying he’s upset over the split, but if what we know is true & it was his decision, well being someone myself who’s broken up with people, generally you’re in a much happier place. I mean that’s kind of the point, cos it means you’re unhappy in the relationship, so when that’s finished with, it’s generally a relief. Otherwise why break up at all. So in conclusion, it’s Camila who I feel for as no one likes to be dumped. The dumper is never gonna feel as bad as the dumpee.

I do think Shawn and Camila are soulmates, it just seems like they complete each other so beautifully-but it’s important to be complete on your own first, so when two people come together they create this unique masterpiece that they couldn’t create alone. god i love this man so much. at one point he was my whole world, the comfort of him made everything better. but then i grew up, i got busy with my life, with my future. i still am so so busy but every once in a while i will see a video or a picture on my fyp or feed and my heart combusts with the nostalgia and pride. over the past couple of weeks ive really been reconnecting with shawn and realising he will alway be so special to me.
