I've watched it three times it's that enjoyable..lol
It was really funny to shoot, and totally unexpected, unprepared, just at a corner of a street we saw those 2 pirates dueling, and we pointed our cameras to try to catch this.
@@BrokenTale really ?? Well then upmost respect because it was certainly one of a moment..brilliant..I bet there's a million moments like that in the duration. Shame it couldn't all be captured..well don't in attempting to document some for historical value...and entertainment value of course. They do appear epic with the editing and music . Thank you , what fun u must have and what treasured memories

BrokenTaleOfficial well even pirates knew techniques.. Well not all did but the good ones did
Obviously those didn't ;-). Inside a LARP, there are swordsmen and players who don't know anything about fencing. The act was more important for them in this video.

May I ask, where do you get your swords? I'm trying to buy a sword for when I do pirate larping.
I let the players answer. There are numerous places to buy this kind of weapons in Europe, and some players create their own swords. We saw that many bought here : mytholon.com/en/ or here : www.larp-fashion.co.uk, but there are soooo many shops that I'm sure you'll find exactly what you need.

Once slaughtered like that, is the character then finished for good?? It should be, and he can only participate as a new character with new name etc. Is that how it works??
It depends of the rules. IN some LARP events, characters don't die, in some other they do. If there is a healer or a necromancian, extraordinary things can happen. Otherwise, new character on the go !
