ABOUT
Think of this as my Beauty Column and a positive destination for your daily dose of self care edutainment.
Alpha hydroxy acids always come with a sun protection warning because they chemically exfoliate the outer layer of the skin, thinning it slightly, which can make one more susceptible to UV rays. Using it on your hair, even the scalp will not cause damage to the skin or put in a position to be more prone to sun damage. Alpha hydroxy acids are also moisturizing which is why one was included in this hair treatment. Even if some of it touched your face or hands and you wiped or washed it off right after it would not be a problem as alpha hydroxy acids need to absorb into skin undisturbed for a few hours or they will not be effective. Regular sun protection should be a concern anyway in general with or without the use of AHA's. The alpha hydroxy ingredient, citric acid, is also 5th on the list and therefore less concentrated as well as being one of the high molecular weight AHAs which means it cannot penetrate far into skin and is less powerful than glycolic acid for instance. There are no other high acidic ingredients present in this formula. This product is not a dupe for olaplex as olaplex contains the ingredient Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate which is what adds synthetic bonds to hair to provide structure after damaging processes. If a hair treatment does not have this ingredient it will not be adding bonds. There are other types of bonds however in hair that need to be repaired and other forms of damage that many ingredients can repair, but the majority of these use different forms of conditioning agents, humectants, proteins and emollients to smooth hair, add some structure, moisturize and seal the cuticle. Keep in mind that none of this is regulated so companies can make many false claims, and most definitely do.
Wow! So thorough and informative! Thanks Dante!
@@heidiguttenberg My pleasure. I’ve worked in the cosmetics industry for decades and it’s important for everyone to know as much as possible so as not to be scammed :-)
I think because the USA food and drug suggested labeling AHA products with the exact precautions Redken stated is why they did it. In light of everyone suing hair care companies for user error. They are covering all bases. They aren’t the only hair care product with acids in them. 🤨 I also think it’s a bit of marketing as well. Oh this is super powerful so be careful but it will make you the prettiest. I’m cynical When it comes to companies and marketing.
Thank you for explaining this in more detail than I just did (prior to reading this). Well explained!
@@TracyD2 Absolutely!
The leave in is the star of this line for me! I haven’t tried this treatment as yet though. As a former hair professional, I would recommend ALWAYS using a leave in and a hair oil to add back the moisture to the hair after washing. Air drying will always create a pro-frizz atmosphere, especially if you have curly hair. Styling actually seals the hair cuticle, and heat styling can actually activate a lot of the leave in treatments. Just make sure to use a heat protector that is specifically a heat protector and not a combination product.
For the leave in, do you like the spray or the other one better?
@@InesJonasSister I personally use the cream, even though my hair is fine. The spray doesn’t feel as nutritive to my bleached hair.
What kind of oil would you recommend to use alongside and in what order please?
@@inayahhussain9796for fine curly hair I would say argan oil
For me, this is by far the best treatment. My fine and damaged hair looks feels and just is completely turned around. No olaplex and no k18 did what this did. And that was after the first usage. Now I use it alongside with K18 and my hair has grown longer than it ever did before and even my hairdresser was under shock. Olaplex never worked that great for my hair to begin with. Now I am thinking of purchasing the in salon redken treatment kit so you can vary with the border and mousturizer to custom the treatment to my needs. People sometimes get confused that damaged hair can come in various forms. Some people benefit more from one product than others. To me it seems that the redken acidic treatment is just exactly what my hair has been missing.
This is better than olaplex 3 e k18?😮
Going buy this today. Thank you.
I agree. Same here. So impressed!
Same. I am 66, recently recovered from the virus 19 and lost a lot of my glorious silver mane shortly after. My hair is now in massive recovery mode thanks to this product and The Blowout Professor's technique (I never use heat on my hair, though).
The Blowout Professor explained this treatment is meant to be used before shampooing.
He says you can use it after if you want.
She did use it before shampooing.
believe me, in the case of this line, the shampoo, the conditioner (which can be used as a hair mask leaving a 15-minute break) and the leave-in make a total difference in the final results. actually this treatment you have was launched a long time after the other items in the line and I consider this treatment excellent but something complementary, in my opinion the conditioner and the leave in are the main stars of the line. but be aware that the shampoo and conditioner label also contains this warning about sun exposure precautions, so since you were concerned with this information, it may not be as comfortable for you to use them. but if you decide to invest in the rest of the line and use it frequently, I believe you would see a lot of difference , especially in strengthening the hair
Yep, I have the whole line and I love it!
I love this line. It transformed my hair completely. I have fine bleached hair that is protein sensitive
The star of the show is this one. The shampoo and conditioner (also Olaplex) do not repair the hair, this concentrate actually plugs the holes in the hair. Just FYI.
I’m going to try leaving it in that long next time I use it. In usually leave it 5. Do you use it for every wash
@@lpg8518exactly! Shampoo and conditioner do not repair hair no matter the brand. It simply preps hair for the next step which is the actual repair WITH a repair treatment. Technically, any shampoo and conditioner would do close to the same. People like to believe this whole line works, but what actually works is the intense treatment. I do not use the whole line from Redken ABC and only use the intensive treatment, and it works amazingly well.
This treatment works best in conjunction with the entire line. I dont think its a dupe for Olaplex. It is very conditioning and smoothing but probably wont repair the hair the same way olaplex does. This is more of a deeply conditioning/sealing treatment.
I think the leave in conditioner treatment from the Acidic bonding concentrate line is very good, especially for heat styling after because it really smooths out the hair. You should try the rest of their products!
I'm going to say something that probably doesn't have anything to do with this product. I believe air drying is the worst thing ever for treated and bleached hair. I noticed that, in my case, whenever I let my hair air dry even for a few minutes, it become frizzy no matter what I do or what products I use afterwards. It makes a hell of a difference if I blow dry it (correctly). This is because hair doesn't really like water. The longer it is wet, the drier it becomes!
Same with my hair (3b+a curls), I get wayyyy way less frizz & smoother hair when I sit under my hooded dryer after washing, when I air dry it’s so much frizz that it’s just bad & exactly what you described no matter what I put in it.
I think naturally wavy or curly hair has this issue! My hair dries frizzy too if naturally dried.
I also didn’t see her use a leave in or oil for the ends so that plus the air dry will produce that result no matter what she used to shampoo and condition with 😊
Lol your hair looks better when you blow dry because you've adjusted your hair with heat
Cannot thank you enough for the kind of effort and risk you take with trying different products. I was waiting for your review on the Redken acidic bonding treatment and thank you for your review. Also, if you could do a similar review on the K18 molecular repair hair mask. Would be great. Thanks again Heidi!
Thank you for your kind words!
Already done! czcams.com/video/pcs663eFwhY/video.html
L'Oreal Paris EverPure Sulfate Free Bond Repair Pre Shampoo Treatment is an almost exact dupe for this Redken product….right down to the packaging. L’Oréal owns Redken.
Yes I be trying to tell people this and they don’t want to believe L’Oréal own redken
@jociir2650 wow! I didn't know that either 😮
Crazy, how marketing is working. I use redken volume shampoo and actually, I see quite big difference between my drugstore Herbal essences shampoo without silicone. My drugstore shampoo is cleaning my scalp better than expensive redken...so weird. And I literally just wanted to try this Acid bonding concentrate, but now I don't really want to do it. I better buy L'Oréal just to try and it is quite big discount on it at the shop 😂
@@jociir2650They can just look at L'Oréal Groupe lol. All their brands are listed, including Kerastase and NYX lol
Same product. Lower price. Same results.
It is not a one-time thing. You will have to use at least 4-6 weeks to truly judge the results. Following with a hair mask instead of a conditioner has been recommended elsewhere.
Most hair types will have this result air dried, I didn’t see you use a leave in after washing or an oil to seal you cuticles, or a blow dry cream when you used the dryer. I use this product along with the same shampoo but a different redken conditioner. My hair is tailbone, coarse, bleached and dyed, and thin but a lot of it. Always put your leave in and oil in after washing or your hair will go frizzy. Due to menopausal hormone changes my hair was getting dry and breaking/snapping with my former products (kerastase genesis line) and from day 1 using this there’s significantly less breakage and even hair fall. I have better blow dry results and my hair looks and feels like silk. I’d be interested to know if you continued to use this product and what you use for leave in, oil, and blow dry cream 🙂
I've used both olaplex and the redkin line abd i much prefer the redkin line. I also use the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in treatment.
Thanks for this video. I got sample products of this last summer at an event at the Melbourne Fashion Week in Australia. Because of bad skin (NO DISCLAIMER) as a man with short simple hair I have dealt with bad hair and scalp issues all my life. This has been a game changer for me. (NO DISCLAINMER). My hair for the first time in a long time fells soft and thick. BUT I am worried now about the UV issues considering I live in Australia where UV is a constant worry to protect ourselves from.
I've used olaplex 3 on my bleached hair & it did nothing..I tried tye redken & it's working wonders 👌
I used it for the first time today and what a difference: )
And I could comb my hair with out a leave in conditioner that’s that’s great 😀 I have very long fine hair and I have used the shampoo and I love it .
Thanks for sharing! I have an updated video on this after my hair got burned off 😬
@@heidiguttenberg link in please
The line’s shampoo and conditioner work absolute miracles on my bleached, fine hair. As well as the heat protector cream. When applied all 3, no Olaplex3 is needed. Interestingly, Olaplex 4 and 5 do nothing for me 🤷🏼♀️
Same for me
It completely transformed my hair
Same!!!
After washing out the treatment with your shampoo use Moroccanoil weightless hydrating mask and do that once a week for a month.
You got to try the shampoo from this line. I don’t know how to describe it really. I’m naturally curly and the shampoo really doesn’t dry my hair and my tangles are significantly less and easier to get through.
Thanks for the tip!
Thank you for your review! ❤ i’ve just recently tried out their acidic shampoo & conditioner and i hated it! My hair was so knotted and dried out. I am not sure why as so many people seem to love it.
Same here
Omg same happened to mine 😭
Everyones hair is different thats why
I think the sunburn warnjng was meant for your scalp, the AHA would exfoliate the scalp which can then become photosensitive. (This line dried my ends to oblivion)
Yup 😱
You have to use this and then apply a moisturizing mask to see better results
Will do! Thank you!
Oh my God, just tried it shampoo and conditioner +purology 21 benefits spray.
Jesus such a game changer. I haven’t seen my hand so shiny and healthy since a long while!
I added those to my list now! Thanks!
@@heidiguttenberg i swear! All my colleagues sling me what I did to my hear. Today I made a braid… I told myself… since when my hair where so thick? Never in my life. What is really a game changer for me I the Redken conditioner and the 21 benefits purology! Pure magic. I’m really curious to include now K 18.
I didint see any difference after i used it for the first time when i left it for aprox 5 minutes, but when i left till it dried out i felt my hair was amazing!
Im doing that mixed with olaplex and after my shampoo... i hope this dowsnt make my hair even worse...
i stopped using k 18 because it was so annoying.. I bought the redkin acid bonding shampoo and the conditioner.. This is on my list to buy as well.. I am in love with the shampoo and conditioner and have seen the biggest difference in my damaged color treated hair.. I love it. so perhaps you should try just the shampoo and the conditioner left on for a long time..
Thank you for sharing Julia! I’m glad you found your match 💕
Used the mask and shampoo and saw amazing result after one use only. I highly recommend it
I saw the sunburn alert and was freaked out because I’m very fair skinned but so far I haven’t had any issues 😅 My hair stylist also uses these products and she had no idea there was a sunburn alert 😬
I’m so happy I wasn’t alone freaking out! 🤣
This treatment is so nice! The shampoo is so creamy
Acidic hair products are meant to be used right after colouring hair to neutalize and minimize damage.
This is the info I read about that:
“Can the Intensive Treatment be used every day? Yes! The Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment can be used regularly and as often as each shampoo.”
Source: www.hair.com/redken-acidic-bonding-concentrate-review.html#:~:text=Can%20the%20Intensive%20Treatment%20be,as%20often%20as%20each%20shampoo.
@@heidiguttenberg nice :) I have the loreal smartbond nr 2 pre shampoo treatment, it has maleic acid, other acids and ceramides. It is only ment for after colouring hair. I assumed acidic hair products is supposed to neutralize and ceramides are for strengtening. Maybe I'm wrong 🤣
@@PaneeraqKarlsen The pH of their bonding treatment is 3-4 shampoo 4-5 conditioner 3-4. Our hair is 4.5-5.5 so it is low for sure. If I was to get any of this I would just get one and use it the way you suggested. It sounds healthier to me.
I have very similar hair to yours, and I tried the shampoo and conditioner (without the leave-in treatment) and I didn't like them. They also made my hair feel frizzy and rough. It's a pity, because they had very good reviews on line. :(
Thank you for letting your hair 'take the bullet' for us! x
Same here
Please try the treatment by itself. You do not need the shampoo and conditioner from this line and you can use your regular products. Shampoo and conditioner have zero benefits in repairing hair, only treatments do, and this treatment is one of the best in the market. And although instructions say to use prior to shampoo, it’s best to use in between shampoo and conditioner. In between, not before, not after. The ingredients in the treatment are not to be washed off with shampoo, only water and more conditioning afterwards.
Redken literally dropped the ball with the instructions, but if you contact them directly, they would tell you this method. It was done completely wrong in this video (obviously not her fault) but Redken actually explain to pros how to use their products correctly. 🤷🏻♀️
@@roselynmvm thank you for letting me know! I just did it wrong so... well I thought it was strange because right after rinsing with water my hair felt full-bodied, just the way I want it and I washed it with shampoo and everything came out... do you think it's worth buying the leave in??
@@roselynmvmhii:) I’m debating between the pre-shampoo treatment and leave-in. Do I need both?? Or can I just get away with one, and if so, which one?-? I
@@monicaakemi104 this is the only product I like from this line. For leave-in, the Pureology 21 essential benefits color fanatic, or AG Care fast food are good. Either those or something with protein/keratin-like ingredients in it. But to be honest, if you use a really good rinse-off mask after each wash, it would really set a good base for any other product to work better when blow drying and/or styling, and it would also help repair your hair. In reality, no shampoo, or conditioner, or styling product would fix your hair.
Pre-treatments, masks, and leave-in treatments are what makes a difference in repairing damaged hair.
thanks for the review! I'm not a big fan of the redken acidic bonding shampoo and conditioner, keeping in mind the fact that I have very fine, damaged hair and it doesn't really do anything for my hair and I actually regretted spending all that money on it!
I even bought the k18 hair mask and shampoo in hopes that it'll fix my hair in some way, shape or form but oh well! I would love to see a review for the k18 range as well😉
Your wish is my command ♥️czcams.com/video/Cnm9I-p1fow/video.html
Do you not use AHAs on your face? I use them a few times every week. You should ALWAYS wear sunscreen but especially with any retinols/retinoids and AHAs/BHAs.
Sure!
Wow I bleach my hair and think I regret it I don’t know if to change the color (balayage ) or keep it and let it go as the days goes .. but I bought that product today let’s see if it works 😕 other wise I will buy the olaplex both are expensive but I think my hair will thank me ahaha thank you for the video it really helped me. ❤
I'm a swimmer and this worked great for my hair. You need to use the Redken leave in conditioner with it. I have curly hair and it is not frizzy at all.
Thank you! I gave it another go after a major salon disaster and I have changed my mind 😀 There’s a video on that “take 2”.
I have the shampoo and conditioner from this range and I love them! I think it's worth purchasing it. Currently I alternate between this line, All soft and Wella's color motion and I think my hair is the healthiest it's ever been. I'm going to pass on the intensive treatment, though; the application is not very practical for my day-to-day. Love the video as always
Thank youuu!
i agree with your review on the shampoo and conditioner.. and I do not think i need this treatment.
First off - 14%. Not 14 times something.
Second - you need, and I can’t stress this enough, NEED a hydrating hair mask. It’s essential after this treatment. And generally.
Third - nothing imaginable or unimaginable can make treated air-dried hair look ok. NOTHING!
Fourth - it’s always advisable to advance your blowout game. By the results and tiny preview of your technique, you’ll actually benefit enormously by investing in that “small” step.
This comment is more for others that blindly follow your impression about this (any) product.
There’s an update here I thought you may want to check it out before jumping to conclusions ❤️ czcams.com/video/pBuJHogDTls/video.htmlsi=0Sg8NFydNURWIyBo
@@heidiguttenberg um I am not subscribed to your channel, I see you for the first time in my life so any comment on any of your videos can't be labeled as "jumping to conclusions" but as simply a comment to THAT particular video. It is not up to me that the system is functioning like that.
@@simulacrum.ad.nauseam ❤️ all good 😊
I am IN LOVE with the conditioner and leave in. I didn’t care much for the shampoo though. The pre-treatment I hated. Not sure why, but it didn’t help my hair at all. What I notice the most with just using the conditioner and leave in - is that it eliminates my frizz and massively helps with my tangles.
The warnings about the sun scare me too, but, I just choose to not use this alone constantly. I switch out conditioners and leave ins.
I also wear a hat a lot if I’m out in the sun.
If you hate frizz, try out the conditioner and leave in. I promise you’ll love them. ❤ My hair is naturally wavy and very much similar to your hair texture.
Hope you are doing well! 💜
Coming from you, this advice means so much! I will add those to my list!
I bought the shampoo, conditioner and preshampoo I hope I didn't make a mistake 😅 but I would say I don't buy professional products from Amazon maybe it's just me but some people write reviews about products being fake, I see these reviews very often so I bought them from Douglas just to be sure! I hope they didn't send you a fake version...
How did it go with the full routine?
I think any treatment works best if u clarify the hair the night before and not use any leave in serums or conditioner the night before so the product can really work or absorb better onto hair the next day. If after clarifying it didnt help then its the product.
the best way to use this bonding concentrate, is to wash your hair FIRST (it is sopposed to penetrate the hair, but if it has so many layers of leave in, oils , conditioners etc, its not going to penetrate as it should) So, wash hair first, then apply treatment then conditioner :)
Thanks! I wish it said that in the instructions 🤷♀️ I tried it later on extremely damaged hair and changed my mind about it!
I think this product is for more of strengthening not really for making it smooth or making it more shiny. Strengthening products don’t make your hair as shiny as moisturizing products do. Maybe use an oil or a deep nourishing treatment with the Redken acidic bonding treatment leave in! But great job actually testing the product out first without styling it!
I thought the same but it promises 14 times smoother hair 🤷♀️ And thanks for the tips and kind words ♥️
@@heidiguttenberg of course! I’ve tried the system it made my hair dry. BUT that is because I had to much protein in my hair but also everyone’s hair is different 😊💖 You may have a lot of protein build up in your hair or you may have to much of a PH Balance in your hair 💕
Thanks for the truth, I was about to buy it but you changed my mind because I’m in a repair my hair journey so I don’t want to use hair dryer at all. Thanks again ❤
OMG!!! I usually read all the labels and I didn't read this one. I recently bought this and tried it on, didn't see much of a difference, it's supposed to rebuild your hair (plug the holes), but you need to use it once a week. I've used the shampoo, conditioner and styling cream and the cream works to keep hair from breaking, but these products flatten your hair. These are emergency hair products, if you overbleached and hair is breaking off, that's when these come in. Other than that, they are not great for regular use.
My hair recently got burned off by bleach at the salon 🥹 so I may give this a second chance! MY HAIR GOT BURNED OFF AND I ALMOST WENT BALD! | HAIR RECOVERY ❤️🩹 EP. 1

I used the entire line for about 10 months , and I will say it smells nice, but as far as the claims, it was a disappointment. My hair was left extremely dry, and the breakage was severe. I've switched back to biolage an the fall out isn't as bad
Hi just read this as I thought of buying it,as I use the other 3, and k18 periodically, it needs to be a 4 step process read for yourselves
bought this based on TikTok reviews and it doesn't disappoint. I have a full head of toned highlights and very fine and damaged hair. The very first time I used this without the pre-treatment and it was alright, but the pre-treatment really made a huge difference. It takes overall less time than a full Olaplex treatment (about 10 minutes for the pre-treatment on damp hair, then a regular shampoo and condition cycle, then leave-in conditioner on towel-dried hair) and will be used complementary to Olaplex. My hair was soft and not knotted and I could get the paddle brush through without tangles or hair loss. Pretty good.

I tried this line and it damaged my hair. It fried/ dried my hair. It took me months to repair it. My hair is high lighted but healthy and shiny. My hair does extremely well with anything that has protein.
Why did you use it when your hair is shiny and healthy? This is for damaged hair. You wasted your money.
Hi Heidi. Great video as always. I started using just the shampoo and with the first use I didn't like it. Someone told me that I should be used the conditioner and the leave in from the same line. I was hesitant to do it until I give it to the shampoo a second try. This time I use a good quality mask ( the mask was from pureology) and leave it for more like 10 mins and the results were amazing! Now It's one of my favourite shampoos . I would get the conditioner and leave in form the line for sure!😃😃
What mask and shampoo do you use? Could you please share this information? I wanted to try Pureology as well, but I don't really know what to choose 😊
I'm not sure about shampoo because I have oily scalp, but I would like to try mask.
AHA acids are present in many products you use for your face! And people rave about this ingredients. You're not supposed it to put it on your scalp anyway. I wouldn't put gloves on your hands as it could exfoliate them very nicely. Also, you need to use it for some time to see the results.
My hair didn’t like it at all!!! My hair looks dryer, it tangles and hard, I used the shampoo and the cream, the worse! Olaplex still the best for me 😊
My hair is very similar in texture and colour to yours and I have the entire line and don't find them to be all that great. They're not terrible but certainly not fabulous either.
Same
The loreal ever pure bond strengthening pre shampoo is exactly the same it’s a dupe and they from the same company
I want to try it next!
The shampoo conditioner in this line awesome though... I just used the conditioner and leave in For a few months without the treatment and it really changed my hair... Way better than olympics and way yester then k 19
I have the whole line and my experience is really BAD! No visual change in my hair, only it feels more dry to the touch. (I've been using it for a few months)
Same here! Wonder why it doesnt work on our hair :(
@Heidi, do you have any ideia why this is?
Same to me!
You should have tried the shampoo and conditioner. In my opinion, that would’ve given you a better idea of how it works.

It’s possible!
I purchased this yesterday so I'm hoping & praying that this product will help eliminate the frizzy dry ends I currently have. Does any know if it reduces hair fall?
It’s not aiming at that. But as your hair gets healthier it shouldn’t break as much. Please keep me posted!
I use the shampoo and conditioner since November it works good with my hair. I got lots a frizz too. My hair didn't do good with shea moisture
I may need to give those a go! Thanks!
It takes 8 weeks to see the result (should be used once a week). Also, the amount used here is wayyyyyyy tooooooo much

I started using Redken acidic bonding concentrate a week ago. I am shampooing with L'OREAL Paris ever pure bond strengthening shampoo and conditioner. I use Garnier Frutis flat iron protector and Paul Mitchell oil on my hair weekly. My hair has extreme damage and is falling out due to breakage. I think these products are helping. I probably need help.
Thanks for sharing your routine! What did you you mean you need help?
The pre shampoo is worth it but the shampoo and conditioner is pointless. Just shampoo your hair regularly then use the pre shampoo as a conditioner
Yo lo uso el shampoo y el leaving y es increíble, lo combino con el shampoo azul de olaplex, tratamiento uso el de Quei (no se si lo escribí bien😅) es mi favorito
This shampoo and conditioner was too much for my hair… I have thinner hair and sensitive scalp. It caused me a lot of dandruff. Itchy scalp. And it made my hair frizzy and brittle. Not for me. But I do have hair on the thinner side. :/ I also do not have dyed hair. I chopped it all off, so maybe I just didn’t needed?
Have you seen the loreal version? I really want to try it. It's got citric acid too.
Yes, I think I tried it a while back! I just forgot the name right this second…
Pienso igual!
I'm 2 teatments in and I'm not impressed so far. I'll probably have to try Olaplex 3 next.
Heidi muy buena idea hacer una comparación con olaplex, no me lo pierdo. Un abrazo 😊.
Abrazo 🤗
Thanks, I will be wearing gloves
Can I also use it if I have oil in my hair befor I wash it??
I lose so much hair every time I use this product, is this happening to other people?
😱wow can't say that happened to me!
Yes it happens to me too! First time I used it my hair looked amazing but I start losing hair and I have very thick and strong hair..
you should ALWAYS....need to use a heat protection.
You have to use the complete line.
For me this is much better than Olaplex. Just go to show. Everyone's hair is different
It is not good at all in my opinion. I have used it many times but it didn’t do anything to my hair even didn’t reduce the frizz. Another waste of money. BTW I have similar texture as you …. Thank u for the video 😊
Yassss! Us wild-haired gals… we need to stick together 😆
Entre este producto y olaplex N3 o 1 y 2, con cual te quedas? Cariños! Amo tus videosby honestidad ❤
OH NO BONITA 🥰 PARECE QUÉ NO ES TAN BUENO COMO ELLOS DICEN VOY A ESPERAR LAS COMPARATIVAS O QUIZÁS 🤔 NO ES TAN BUENO COMO QUISIÉRAMOS 😊 GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR 🙏 BENDICIONES HERMOSA. FELIZ DÍA 💖🌸💖🌸💖🌸💖🌸💖💖💖🌸
Bendiciones a ti!
I need to see it on curls.
I should have watched this video first. Def wasted my $14 on the travel size off Amazon! I didn’t even receive the product yet and already know it’s a waste of money. 😖
I need something that work 😩 thick curly dry frizzy bleach blonde hair… any suggestions?
I’m gonna retry this now that my hair got burned off by bleach at the salon. I’ve been told it’s one of those “emergency” products that you can see a difference in extreme cases… stay tuned!
I bought the mini size for $18, we shall see if it works
How did it go??
@heidiguttenberg I've used it twice, it actually works well! For $18 though, probably only get 3 uses out of it. I'm trying to repair my hair after it was severely damaged
@@Jakilyn happy for you!
I think they mean your scalp not your hands lol. Even though all AHA have this disclaimer, i don’t know how you could burn your palms.
😂 It said skin… 🤷♀️
How often do you use it? 💧
MI PELO TAMBIÉN LO TENGO TEÑIDO 😊
I used but my hair still not feels smooth
How often should you use the treatment?
Haven’t use it again for now. May give it another go once I get the conditioner.
olaplex doesn't work well for my hair but it is so damaged and im losing it at the root!!
Have you visited a dermatologist? It sounds like alopecia.
That warning is normal. Not a big deal lol
😂 I guess I didn’t want to take any chances. Never read that in my country and imagine promoting people to damage their skin in any way online. I would feel terrible. 😬
It's not 14x smoother it's that the bottle has 14% of the concentration in it 😂
Hi 👋🏻 my mistake not 14x, says 10x smoother, per its claims. Here’s the source www.redken.com/hair-care/acidic-bonding-concentrate-intensive-treatment-damaged-hair.html
If this product is manufactured in California, the mandatory warnings are ridic
Ohhhh
Thanks for the review..could have lived without the long drawn out glove scenario 😂
😂 Sorry!
Quizá puedo hacer lo mismo exprimiendo un limón en mi cabeza 🤣
Ojo que lo pensé 😂 Más barato seguro!
Do a curly girl hair dry !
You have to use the complete ABC product line (Pre-Treatment, Shampoo, Conditioner and Leave In) to get the results that Redken promises and not combine it with the inferior Moroccanoil stuff. And then you will see, that Redken's Acidic Bonding Concentrate is much better than the overpriced Olaplex brand. This is the wrong way to test a product seriously.

@@heidiguttenberg Thanx for answering. On the chart, Redken recommends combining ABC Pre Treatment with any REDKEN Shampoo for slightly damaged hair. As is known, all Redken shampoos have a PH value particularly adapted to the hair. It doesn't say that the Pre Treatment will have any effect when used with any moisturizing shampoo (like you combined Morocanoil). Maybe you would have a different opinion about it if you had used a Redken shampoo.
Doesnt work for me
Yeah, because it’s lactic acid. Duh, I have to guess it is very hydrating
Mostly citric acid… I experienced something different though. Here’s an updated re-try czcams.com/video/pBuJHogDTls/video.html
You should have used the shampoo and conditioner!
We can give it a go in future videos! ♥️ The treatment I believe was launched first on its own.
Product takes 8 weeks to work use it once a week
Interesting! Thanks Sherrie!
BUENO 🥰EN ESTE MOMENTO LO VEO 💖
Have u never used an alpha hydroxy before? Also, u can get a sunburn on ur scalp. Duh.
That’s why I said I wouldn’t apply near the scalp.
I believe you’re not supposed to shampoo
It says so. This is the pre-shampoo treatment.
