The first bedroom you saw was a 3/4 deluxe and the second was a studio flat. The shared flat sizes can vary from 5-10 people, you saw a kitchen of the smallest flat. Your cleaners visit three times a week to clean the kitchen and your bins are emptied three times a week. All appliances shown in the video are provided. There is a TV provided in your kitchen but not in your bedroom. There are reception staff 24/7 and the common room is open 24/7 (I forgot to mention that it turns into a study space during exam periods). Crown Place is on campus and is within a five minute walk of a list of shops including Tesco Express, Subway and Costa.

Awww thank you lovely, that is a such a sweet compliment to receive. It's a wonderful luxury to live in amazing halls but you really shouldn't be worried about living in older ones that don't have the same standard. What makes your time there special are the people. When you look back you won't be thinking about your bedroom and kitchen, you'll be thinking about your friends and memories. Embrace wherever you go and I promise you will love every moment :)

You are assigned a number, Crown place is 3 mins walk from all the school which are the business school, engineer and the med school. She is actually quiet accurate to say that its the most central location with in the uni.
This is where I want to live!! I applied ages ago so rlly hoping I get it :(

It is cheaper to share a flat than to have your own one. Which one you prefer is totally up to your own preference :)
Great video. My first choice is crown place. Are people allowed to sleep ober in you bedroom like family members even for a few days?

Hi Hope, I'm glad you asked that! They don't provide any bedding. They only provide the mattress with a mattress protector. You will need to buy your own quilt, pillows and bedding. If it's easier for you (e.g. if you're coming from abroad) the university sell bedding packs that you can buy from their online shop. Here is a link:

Hmm I have a good idea. I may talk more about that in the future. At the moment I'm just enjoying the experience of being a student :)

Are you allowed people staying over in your room? Also, how easy is it to get post delivered to you?
Yes people can stay over in your room! It's very easy to have post delivered. Parcels will be delivered to Crown Place reception, so you will collect it from downstairs. Reception staff work 24/7 so post is available to collect at anytime of day. The postboxes are all in reception too which is where letters are delivered. You will share one with your flat and will each have a key to it.
can you park your car anywhere? Do you have to pay for it?

For anyone else looking at this... Crown Place has a carpark, you have to pay for it, but you can only use it if you have a medical reason, disability, or if you're a member of staff (including a residential advisor).
There are carparks across campus, including one directly opposite Crown Place. They are expensive though. The closest place to campus that you can park for free is about a 15 minute walk from Crown Place. It's very uncommon for Crown Place students to bring their cars. Crown Place is a 15 minute walk from town (including the train station) and is directly on campus.

Burger Queen depends on what u classify as hard, the standard for most of their courses is AAA-BBB so it’s not the most competitive Uni but is still a nice Russel Group Uni in nice city, its 1 of my 5 choices. If you work hard and are predicted sth like A*AA you’ll definitely get an offer

Does crown place allow different sexes in the same apartment? I mean for an en suite.
Or it's all female in an apartment and then all male in another?
Some apartments are all female, some are all male, and some are mixed with both :) you will be sent an online questionnaire where you can select which is your preference.
Is the University of Liverpool & Liverpool John Moore University are same?
