Usually my morning routine is to wake up, workout, cold shower, and then have a healthy delicious smoothie. Today I was lazy and was saying im not gonna work out in the morning and just skip to the cold shower and healthy smoothie. I decided to work out, it was hard, but then during my workout I realized that what makes the smoothie and cold shower so special, is the hard workout before it, and the rewards to come after it.
