Approximately 15 million people, including myself, are relocating from Los Angeles after I spent 7 years living there. To all the new residents, I recommend visiting first to get a realistic perspective. While Los Angeles appears beautiful on the surface, the reality of living there tells a different story. The city struggles with issues like homelessness, drugs, and syringes on the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice, as well as in West Hollywood. Wooden Hills faces problems with homelessness and burglary. Downtown Los Angeles poses a risk of hepatitis C. My experience in Los Angeles was marked by consistent overpricing, from food to parking, making it difficult to live comfortably without a high income - at least a 6-figure salary or roommates to split the costs. A studio or one-bedroom apartment can cost between $4,000 to $5,000 per month. Good luck to those considering moving there!"

$4000-5000 rent. Ya if you’re choosing to live in the best most desired, most walkable areas in luxury apartment.

But all depends in wich area you decide to live and what your needs are related to your job. For example Torrence is not the same as North Holltwood.

@@darrenkrizlosangeles Good to see channels from creators that love LA. There are also many who leave , and can’t take the weather in Texas and Arizona and move back.

Love these videos mate! For me I wouldn't be able to resist Woodland Hills. You've got Calabasas right next door, Ventura blvd, Topanga mall, a scenic drive to the ocean/Malibu via the 27, Mulhollad drive and the Hollywood hills nearby which is always a joy to drive through. Nature is very important for me so I would prefer living close to the hills and mountains, but I also love the city bustle and seeing people. Keep it up Kriz!

And the summers in Woodland Hills over 100° you won’t be hiking much. Literally the hottest part of the SFV that’s near the 101.

Can you do one of your map videos on some areas literally no other channel like yours discuss ever. I’m talking about Van Nuys, try it out you might get some views doing areas no other channel does these map videos about.

We just left culver city. Stayed at culver Hilton 2min from westfield mall. The asian homeless guy was walking around in his grey soiled undies with no shirt or pants on
Just like he was last yr. Maybe we missed it but culver city is a bit run down in most areas. We drove around the sonystudio area. The studio the heart of screenland is the only clean area we experienced. We stopped by access apt at 8770 washington to get a sandwich and drink at the market. It was closed down yet we were told the market is one of the best reasons to live at Access. We definitely well go back because we didn't get the clean Downtown area vibe. It was ok

There are pockets in every city that aren't the best. That's unfortunate you had to experience that. Give Culver another chance and stay closer to the downtown area!
