Potato casserole
🔹 1 kg (2 lb 3 oz) potatoes
🔹 4 eggs
🔹 3 tbsp of sour cream
🔹 9 cherry tomatoes
🔹 1 pork sausage
🔹 100 g (3.5 oz) mozzarella
🔹 green onions
🔹 olive oil
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
🔹 1 tsp dried garlic
🔹 1 tsp paprika
Sauce
🔹 20 g (0.7 oz) butter
🔹 1 onion
🔹 1 tbsp flour
🔹 200 ml (7 fl oz) broth or water
🔹 3 tbsp sour cream
🔹 1 clove of garlic
🔹 salt
🔹 pepper mix
🔹 1/2 tsp dried basil
🔹 1/2 tsp paprika
🔹 3 sprigs of parsley

Το κάνω σχεδόν κάθε 15 μέρες. Απλά κόβω τις πατάτες λεπτές σαν τηγανητές και μέσα στα αυγά βάζω και φέτα, ελληνικό τυρί. Γίνεται πεντανόστιμο επίσης!!!
