Yuzuru Hanyu, best comments (Worlds 2014)

- Yuzuru's FP was something to remember and the guys commenting the event were quick to acknowledge that. I edited Yuzuru's program so that it would include all the best comments, from British Eurosport, CBC, Eurosport Spain, Teledeporte and RAI. I tried my best to also translate the Spanish and Italian parts. I don't own the clips (video or audio) I used.

The Polish commentators were as enraptured by Yuzuru's performance here. At the last spin, they were saying:
"He's going to win it. He's going to win it!"
"He must win it!"
"He's going to win it! Wow! Incredible!"
"In Sochi he landed 1 quads and 7 triples. Here he landed 2 quads and 8 triples! He must win it!"
"Yes, figure skating can also awaken emotions. I can't recognise my colleague here at all! Yes, it's a beautiful fight. We know how well Machida skated. And this young boy came out and skated incredibly well. He gives it all, so dictated so intense his program but he makes it so flawless, the jumps & technical of fs flows so fluid like liquid. He skates to win so he should when he's the best

Ahhh ... that Ina Bauer at 4:31 gets me every time. I love this program and think it makes a wonderful companion to the 2012 R&J. Maybe it's because it's the first LP I saw him do, or maybe because I've always really liked this music, but I still find it compelling, thrilling, magical. It seems to be kind of love-it-or-hate-it among fans, though, and I was seriously starting to wonder if I was an outlier for liking it so much. It's cheering to hear all these professional commentators getting so excited and backing me up! (And ... exquisite performance, of course, but that should go without saying!)
