We have all been there mate, the amount of time I tilt labeled someone a nit after I run into the nuts 😅
One problem I always had that I can't handle downswings. When I even lose just 100 dollars, I would try to take it back instantly by going off the line and ignoring all the responsible and smart bankroll management rules.
But after starting watching you and how disciplined you are Ben, I learned a lot. I learned how to stay calm, how to just admit that I can't win every day, how to stay disciplined and focused on next games and not let bad runs affect my overall game.
What I'm trying to say, even a nightmare session of yours is extremely educating and your content is always gold no matter what score you get in the end! It doesn't matter if you win or lose hundreds of thousand in one session, the content you upload is always highly teaching and there's always so much to learn from you. Thanks for all your contribution to the poker community. You are the best poker content creator and also, surely one of the best players of all time. Thank you for being my poker idol and teacher. That was a really mtt-player nightmare...and that slowroll, some players are really weird. I envy your patience and discipline.
There is not such thing as timing tells or slowroll online. You do NOT have a single clue on what is going on, in the other end. When you try to analyze your assumptions, the best you will ever get out of it is to be fooled by randomness!

There's no timing tells on online poker? Humans are not robots and they don't act randomly all the time, they create habits.
@@Edkey But these habits is not for you to adjust to or analyze on. You have no clue if your opponent is getting a blow job or sits on the toilet while playing..
Could've been multitabling and not giving the quads table all his focus since he knew he won the pot. Still seems like a slow roll tho for sure.

Hi Bencb, i bought your tournament masterclass some years ago and i still study with it when i find the time. thanks for sharing so much content also on youtube. :) brutal run, let´s hope it will turn around for you. One spot in this video really made me wonder if i do some stupid mistakes with small pockets around 15bb deep. In today´s video you are openfolding deuces in hijack for 13bb at minute 12:12 . i would have just auto shoved it i think. i had almost the same spot today 13 left in a tournament where i pretty much auto jammed 22 from cutoff for 15bb, all stacks behind me having me covered. if you are folding with 13bb in hijack, it is probably also a fold with 15 from cutoff, right? GL man

I mean, I proportionally have lost as much in a bad session, but just cuz of playing bad or running bellow avg.. but this lol, these suckouts were harsh. I don't think I've seen one run as bad in a single sess

And the only thing i'm writing now for- is to THANK you for one of the most motivational poker videos. Cause the message of it, as i suppose, is quite clear-

Shoving kings with 2456 on board is a terrible play. That hits his range way more than yours. Super thin value, and feels like 90 percent of the time hes gonna have you. Id never bet river like that. Guy must be on another level but that makes 0 sense to common sense.

This is exactly how my last tournament run went. Had $250 on ACR and played a bunch of $16 PKOs and busted the entire roll without winning a single bounty. Day before I placed 1st in one for $250 so I just gave it all back lol

I don't understand how people think they can multitable and still have an edge? You think you're so good you can just play 8 tables and still know what's going on? You miss so much. You miss when someone is starting to tilt because you didn't follow he got outdrawn the last 5 hands he played because you're busy with the other tables.....i mean...people think they're good at poker.....they aren't. The only thing you can hope for is that the other players make more mistakes than you.
