Have you made a video on how to get a residency in dubai? I hear it’s quite difficult but I think that’s just influencers meeting the wrong people and being scammed etc. I’m interested in moving to dubai but would be great to have a video on what to do pre moving to dubai
Like it would be good for a video explaining setting up a bank account etc. if you need proof of funds prior to moving etc. thanks man!
Also could you expand a bit more on what you mean by remote working? Like in England I have a job which now allows working from home. So would that be classed as me having a job if I moved to dubai subject to my employer allowing me to work from abroad?

Yes! That would be a job you can work remotely here. You would need to get a visa and state your company etc. many companies exist to help you

I’m all good, thank you! Traffics isn’t so bad now I have new job timings. And I found an affordable apartment ☺️

Majid Al Futtaim have a garage next to ikea in festival city. They have good, checked second hand cars. Or ExpatMotors is good too!

Yes is all inclusive but that’s not normal, just because I’m doing a sub let from someone else who sorts everything out ☺️

It’s actually fine, without the balcony door open you barely hear anything! And it’s 5,700 AED a month.

@@LeaderOfNoOne is it possible to get contract ejari in your name? ive been told subletting is not fully legal but a lot of people do it anyway, not sure I'd able to make a bank account without a contract/address?
@@ywueeee not strictly legal but Ive never seen anyone with an issue. You can still you that location as your address there’s no cross referencing etc
