FOOMA2022★大和ブースを一周★HIGH LIGHT Yamato Scale booth

FOOMA2022での大和ブースを1周した気持ちになれる動画です。
まず、今回の目玉は「焼きそば弁当ライン」の実演です。
【焼きそば弁当ラインの解説】
1）半自動の組み合わせ計量機「TSD-N3™(ティーエスディーニュースリー)」で麺とキャベツを計量し(その供給には協働ロボットのFoodly™も参加)
2）盛りつけロボットとしてFoodly™が唐揚げを投入します。
3）ミニトマトと小海老を組み合わせ計量機「横型データウェイ™」でトッピングします。
4）重量をオートチェッカ「CSJ22LM」で検査し、完成品の重量まで足りていない重量を後段のデータウェイ™に送ります。
5）データウェイ™で先ほど4）から送られてきた重量のコーン(なぜか緑色ですが)を入れます。
6）X線検査装置「SX2-2554W」で異物混入がないか、正しく完成品ができているかを確認して完成です！
This video gives you the feeling of having made a round of the Yamato Scale's booth at FOOMA 2022.
Firstly, the highlight of the show is the demonstration of the Yaki Soba Bento Line.

1) Weighing noodles and cabbage with the semi-automatic combination weighing machine TSD-N3™(the cooperative robot Foodly™ also participates in its feeding)
(2) Foodly™, as a serving robot, feeds the deep fried chicken.
3) Cherry tomatoes and small prawns are topped up by the combination weighing machine Dataweigh™ series.
4) The weight is checked by the CSJ22LM auto-check weigher and the weight that is not enough to the weight of the finished product is sent to the Dataweigh™ in the next stage.
5) Corn (I don't know why it is green) of the weight sent just from 4) is put in the Dataweigh™.
6) The X-ray inspection unit SX2-2554W checks the finished product for foreign objects and that it is correctly made, and then it's done!
