What i found to help me with the cleaning was doing 15 min cleaning . set a timer and just do what needs doing and it really helped as i was always getting so overwhelmed. i also do a 15 min declutter, one bag or dram or cupboard at a time.
15 mins is a good time for me too! I have an all or nothing approach, but timers help with limits. I have a time cube and often forget about it 🙈
