This looks great. Banana bread is so good toasted. I love this version. My husband is diabetic . He will love it. 🍞🍌

The applebutter wasn't in the original recipe. I don't know how much of a difference it made, but obviously, sugar-free applesauce with spices is an alternative. I'm guessing the best change to keep it moist was the difference in almond flour? I rarely bake. Otherwise, I'd have followed (bar counting properly 🤣) the original recipe first.
