Failed to Load or Initialize DLL. This Probably means that the LUT file is malformed or that DVM got updated. What does this error mean?

Try version 3.8 linked in the OG video and make sure there aren't other versions of the DWM LUT app on the PC. Windows 11 doesn't seem to like 3.9.3
