    Much better than the original. Was very disappointed with the other one. I used it once and threw it away. This one would be much better for even the thinner molds. Thank you for your improvement.

      Very similar but from what I've heard the dehydrators can get too hot and boil your Resin. But of course I've never tried it.

    Hi, just found your channel. I'm a beginner as far as vlogging goes but loving it. At the moment most of my vlogs are temu hauls but once my craft room is sorted with storage I will be doing more. Loved your frog the mould is one of my favourites to use next to the large snail. The machine looks good quality.

    So….I had no idea this even existed! It is so cool. This machine cures the resin by heating it up?

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před rokem +1

      It cures it with constantly moving warmed air. Just the right temp, not too hot, but warm enough to cure quickly.

    Have you experienced bubbles forming with pieces as it heats up ?

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před 9 měsíci +1

      I have not because it gets just warm enough to cure faster without getting too hot. It can however trap bubbles that are already in your Resin... Because some bubbles may not have a chance to fully escape before curing. In this case you want to let the poured Resin sit for a bit before curing to allow bubbles to escape.

    Can you resin rocks and set them on the tray?

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před 9 měsíci

      I would set them on a silicone mat cut down to size of rocks, you want the air to still move around them but don't want the resin to drip through the mesh.

    Does it cure UV resin?

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před 8 měsíci

      No it does not, only UV light can cure UV Resin. This will cure epoxy resins quickly though

    Does it reduce the resin odor at all? Just curious

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před rokem +1

      It does not reduce the odor of the resin. I always use a low voc Resin. I also leave the room while this is curing.

  • @FighterDoken
    @FighterDoken Před rokem +1

    So why do you need a resin curing station?

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před rokem +2

      They are very handy. I mean the resin will cure on its own but most epoxy resins take 12-24 hours to cure. Putting it in the curing station speeds the curing process and most epoxy resins will cure in 2 hours. Much less time spent waiting for Resin to cure. If you are doing a project with multiple layers it could take your cure time from a week to a day.

    • @FighterDoken
      @FighterDoken Před rokem

      @@ResinBelle I see, so you're speeding up drying time! I've seen these out there before and I've always thought "why? My resin cures just fine!....in 8 hours" :D

    It's still a food dehydrator

    • @ResinBelle

      It's similar to one although I don't believe it gets as hot as one so it doesn't boil the resin.

    • @shoey75
      @shoey75 Před 8 měsíci +1

      It's a food hydrator. Same technology. Why do you think they updated it. The first one they reelased was literally a repackaged food hydrator.

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před 8 měsíci

      @@shoey75 it is a similar technology absolutely. They updated because the design wasn't working that well for resin. They listened to their customers and changed the design. A real food dehydrator does get hotter though. I've seen people boil their resin with them and it doesn't turn out well lol. I think it's great they took that technology and refined it for a different purpose. In any case it works great and I love mine

      @@shoey75 I'm just curious if you've ever tried a food dehydrator for curing resin? I have so many questions and only a few mentions that it can cause big problems. Even turning it down? I've never tried a food dehydrator so I don't know for sure.

    expensive food dehydrator

    • @ResinBelle
      @ResinBelle  Před 4 měsíci

      It is similar to one except from what I understand it doesn't get as hot. The only thing I've been able to find was that when people tried a real food dehydrator it didn't work out so well because it causes their resin to boil. But I'd love to hear otherwise.

    • @ResinBelle

    You talk so slow! I went to put the video on 2x speed, only to realize it was already on 2x speed. When you are editing videos you are able to speed things up a little so the videos don’t have such a lull in them.
