You don’t get love because you’re worthy
It’s mostly true that trust is earned
These two things are good together
This is how the world turns
For many years I was agnostic
Then I got off of the fence
Convinced by the accumulating
Preponderance of the evidence
Thirteen point seven billion years ago
The entire universe
Was smaller than a sub-atomic particle
That was us before our birth
The earth by its very nature is uninhabitable
To our very form of life
We thrive here in the biosphere
Along with all that is alive
And so I say this is my body
And this is your body too
So please do for one and other
As you would have them do for you
