my connector stays green and i no longer see the bluetooth signal from my connector.I tried with multiple devices to see if i can find the bluetooth signal. would you know what might be the cause? thankyou
No hace falta darle golpes, solo deshabilita el bluetooth del dispositivo donde tienes instalado el software del Tinkdiag, y se pondra de color verde, vuelve a conectarlo y ya esta, por lo menos a mi me pasa eso.

Taping your solution? 😀 why just dont remove blututhdivece fronsettings and cinnect it again. Worked for me.
