When Pirkko took on a demanding job more than 20 years ago, she struggled to manage the stress. She soon began to suffer a series of symptoms throughout her body that rapidly escalated - and began to accumulate diagnoses and medications at a staggering rate. PTSD, fibromyalgia, polymyalgia, syringomyelia, depression and anxiety, and breast cancer - the treatment for which led to lymphedema and cellulitis. Hospitalized with sepsis multiple times, she was taking opioids, a “cocktail of narcotics,” and strong IV antibiotics - all long-term.
As her conditions - and reactions to treatments - worsened and compounded, Pirkko’s depression deepened. She lost her will to live. After a time, working solely “matter to matter,” Pirkko managed to get some of the conditions and symptoms under control. But she knew something was missing. That’s when her daughter told her about Dr Joe. Without hesitation, she began to meditate daily -- and she hasn’t missed a day in more than three years.
Today, Pirrko is completely pain-free - and has been off all medication for years. “Now that I’m working with energy, and not just matter, things shifted completely,” she says. “… and it just gets better and better.”

It is incredible to have the bubbly, loving, caring, and intelligent lady I married 47 years ago. I had a similar experience. I was in pain with interstitial cystitis for 18 years. I healed my ulcer`s with daily meditation and learning to calm my nervous system so that my body could heal.

This kind of statement is what really gets to me and motivates me only by the fact it took her almost a year to get to healing made me feel better because I always compare myself to other people who healed in three days or a week. So inspirational and encouraging. Thank you so so much for sharing your journey. I came across Dr Joe 7 weeks ago and have been doing the Blessings of the Energy Centres and Morning/Evening meditations daily ever since. I get up at either 4 or 5am as I work FT in a really remote place with lots of travel in my work. I related to stress in your job. I am focusing and refocusing on change not healing as my heart and mind long so much for physical emotional relief but I understand the depth of work I need to keep doing to be comfortable in the unknown and trust. I work in psychology and thought I'd done intense healing work (which I have done) on myself but realise with Dr Joe's meditations and listening to the explanations that I have been continually finding unwanted patterns repeating in my life and so I know I need to change more in me esp gratefulness, mindmapping my future me, and being in the present moment. Hello Pirrko - I cannot thank you enough. Your testimonial was the one that connected me to Dr Joe's work at the first time, when all of a sudden I got multiple health conditions and feeling desperate and trying to find something that tells me "I can heal myself" in CZcams. It was 2 months ago when your testimonial was up here. I had never clicked other popular CZcams videos of Dr. Joe somehow, but without any clue I hit your testimonial.
