Meizel Rojas Leiva is a principal engineer at Intel, one of the company’s highest technical leadership positions. Every day, she deals with an often-fatal ailment called Wilson’s disease, which attacks one’s vital organs and took the life of her sister more than 30 years ago. “It’s not going to stop me,” says the mother of two.
