Now my baby is 10 month I start iron drops from 9 month . Her BW is 3.100 now 8.5 . Can I give iron drops till 3 month duration . Iam giving iron rich food as well . Her weight was little bit slow from sixth month . What is the dosage of iron drops .
Her weight is normal for age. Routine use of iron drops are not mandatory. There is no harm in giving. The usual dose is 3 mg / kg / day.

You can give iron syrup for 3 to 6 months.. recheck Hb / serum iron in between.... I hope you have given the full course of vit d 3 ...
