Can you imagine if the Children of Israel had disbanded in the desert…fed up of the whole scene… and never crossed the Jordan into the promised land? They waited a long time didn't they? For the past eight weeks we have been talking about prayer& fasting… and continuing to move forward in this vein, is important for all of us.

During Draw The Circle, written by Pastor Mark, he mentions many examples of where someone continued circling something in prayer… until a miracle happened. To name just 2 of them -
'George Washington Carver’s peanut revelation'
'Bob, a tree and a witchdoctor'
One received a revelation of how to use the common peanut in 300 different ways, affecting all sorts of things form the U.S National economy to World health.
The other was a missionary who, having angered the local witchdoctor by preaching the Gospel and meeting under a tree for worship, prayed publicly for the tree to 'come back to life' after it was cursed to death by the witchdoctor. It happened!

Jesus’ ‘life’ began with a miracle - an ordinary teenager, carrying Him. The Nation of Israel and Mary of Nazareth were ordinary in
themselves..the shepherds were the same.. they just experienced the favour of God.
