@tdftv9999 I don't know whether that's a real number plate or not, but they really are not private with their videos. That is Ren's flat. The roof is the one from Bongo bong, it's the one he was sitting on rapping fast in Losing It, he sat on those stairs in that one too. I think Hi Ren and Sick Boi were in the basement. On the opposite side of the building is the street from Bittersweet Symphony. A five minute walk away is the seafront where so many scenes are filmed, including the chip shop from Genisis. Ren doesn't search far for locations. He just makes use of what is around him.

Two things 1) the director on this video actually wasn't Samuel. It was by Luke Flegg, another Brighton based filmmaker. 2) there were two cuts: getting in and getting out of the car. When they get in, watch the shadows on the wall out the left side of the car. When they get out, watch for the magical appearance of a white car.

There are no cuts...it is a legit one take. And you don't have to take my word for it. Check out the reaction to 'Murderer' by Joe E Sparks and scroll to the first comments. Luke comments himself about how he was such a perfectionist about it that they had to do an extra day of takes.

hide a cut going in and out of the car
because it was just me on camera and
also shooting in a moving car with really
specific camera movements and focus..l
didn't know anyone who could do it the
way I wanted, so I just had to end the
first shot be leaning as far into the car as
I could with the camera. Then cut and
open the door, sit in the car. Then hold
camera out of the car window as far as I
can and record as I bring it in again,
starting the next shot. Hardest thing was
to 99% match the overlapping shots in
that moment it goes through the
window: angle, composition, etc. So
there's a freeze frame where the inside
of the car is a different shot to the
outside of the car

I was a professional video editor for a few years with some big names.

They actually hid a very smooth cut there. Luke Flegg shot this video and discussed it in a few posts when it was released. He didn’t hand it off to anyone, but in order to get the transition he wanted, they went back and filmed it the next day. Check out the cars on the right side of the street before and after to get a clearer view.
It was beautifully done, and it was breaking my brain after hearing it wasn’t a handoff, as I could not make that work in my mind. When he explained it in full and I watched for the cars, I realized just how clean of a cut he’d made.
