@videojoeshows I did it!! Take it off is easy, but putting back on was tricky, especially with those clips! They kept falling off. I realized i had to push them inward..But I did slow down, and I took my time. I cleaned them and changed one light!

I’ve worked on one like that one with the lense cover
They are kind of tricky to remove until you know where the clips are & how to remove one. I needed to remove some other ones in a different room & got pretty good at it but next time I need to remove them again I'm sure I will forget the easy way to remove them until I go through the entire process again. It also gave me a chance to clean the covers inside & out. I hate seeing covers dirty or with dead bugs in them...

I agree! I hadn't removed these light fixture lenses as of yet & I wanted to make sure I knew how to do it prior to just bending & cracking or breaking the lenses. Not something I wanted to do.....

The cover removal please
I had to watch this entire video to see what you were referring to so now I see you want to know about the white cover & not the other type of light fixture cover. As you could see I was having some trouble with the white cover & I really didn't want to start tweaking on it too much until I got a taller ladder. If you start bending where you shouldn't then you could cause a possible crack or break off an edge & of course you wouldn't want that. Yes I made more videos of removing different light fixture lenses as well as re-installing different light fixture light lenses. You can find all of those by going to my main CZcams channel page then click on playlists then scroll down to "electrical" & you will find all of my electrical type videos there as well as the light fixture lenses videos I mentioned.
