She’s walking with a cat (which can talk when she’s in the Other World) and they’re just talking. All of a sudden, the house appears from the mist. They’ve been walking in a straight line for five minutes. The visuals and your reaction reminded me so much of that moment. Just a thought. Super cool vid!

ok so clearly this isn't as old of a version as you'd assume from the opening, clearly a texture pack is being used based on the glass texture, but seeing the glazed terracotta it would make most sense to assume it's a texture pack made time wise post world of color update being used on an older version of minecraft
spooky stuff aside, i don't know how to explain it, but this perfectly encapsulates my minecraft memories from back then. super flat worlds, little wooden structures, the tiny render distance, the desaturated visuals i remember from pretty much every video on youtube at the time. all of that just gave me a big nostalgia punch in the face; although, the glazed terracotta and concrete kinda took me out of it a little.

I had a dream like this once. I remember as a child I was super into MCPE, and there was this app that let you install maps, and I remember seeing one with this creepy house on it, and playing it and just feeling this overwhelming sense of dread. It all felt so wrong, yet it was just a Minecraft house.

This was legit super well done, a combination of watching old minecraft videos and begging for your parents to get it back in the day, the uncannily oddly realistic house interior, and the analogue horror turn at the end with the basement, all with old minecraft sounds and music
that is pretty good combination of concrete and glazed terracotta I have to give you that. and the lifeless can be fix with some crafting table and flower pot made with trapdoor and dirt ofc,just a block of melon can fix anything
