You have completed all of the division quests and normal quests you prolly just need to get your shikai or bankai then it will rank u up

A little bit on all, like 2-5 grips and 5 division duties and 5 normal mission just to be safe

Than you just need to grip arrancar / quincy players

How do you get past grade 2
same quests as getting to grade 2
you need to kill your shikai and get his powers, you gotta meditate, afteer 5 minutes your guy gon get up and you gotta press m again, do that 3 times and you get tpd to the boss fight, you can look up how to kill him cause th fight is pretty cancer, you can just cheeese it by flashstepping away and then heavying him over and over again
