    thanks for that! i thought they sent me the wrong rails, my doors are the same and mine jut out too... its annoying but i think ill drill another hole into the rail as close as i can get it to its a little stronger :)

    But what if you get the up and down rails confused, or the left and right door rails confused? So many ways of cocking it up. I reckon there are 4! position permutations, coupled with 2⁴ orientation possibilities, that's 384 combinations of which 383 are cock ups. But you got it right first time just with a little analysis.
